★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国内4社の生ビールを提供しており、一番搾りが290円で飲める。焼き鳥、焼き魚など同時に多数注文し、お時間かかるかもと言われましたが大して待たされることなくサーブされ非常に良いペースで飲み食い出来ました。ビールがこの値段だとさすがに総額も抑えられて、うちの駅近くにもあって欲しいなあ。

まずレスポンスが遅い。
その上、こちらには仏頂面で無愛想なのに、奥で店員と大きな声で談笑する有り様。
料理やお酒にそこまで特徴がある訳でもなく、もう二度と行きません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで13時半前に入店しました。店内は空いていて、空席が半分くらい。
フロアスタッフとして3人が入口付近に立って居ましたがお見合い状態でどなたも案内していただけず戸惑いました。
コロナ対策バッチリでアルコール消毒や仕切りなどしっかりしています。
簡易のマスクケースがもらえるのも良いですね。
訪れたときはかなり空いていましたが、文蔵御膳は提供に30分以上かかるようなのでお急ぎの方はご注意ください。
時間がかかる場合は注文時に伝えていただければよかったのですが、特にご案内はいただけず。
限られた昼休みなので食べる時間を考慮しても不足は明らかだったので、敢えなく提供前に一言断って店を出てしまいました。

25分経ったところで店員さんに「後どれくらいかかりますか？」と質問したところ「順番にお造りしていて、厨房が混み合っておりますので、、」とお答えいただきました。
店内の席は半分程度空いていますし、厨房には少なくとも2人、フロアスタッフ3人で往来は数分に1回程度で、私の席を通ったのは25分前になります。
ランチ営業の回転率からしてそのお答えは納得できませんでした。
テンプレート回答なのか、スタッフの教育不足なのか、そのお答えは失礼に感じました。
文蔵御膳980円にしてはコストを掛けていらっしゃるな感じます。
大層美味しいお料理なんだと思います。
食べることができずとても残念です。

宣言中で酒類は一切提供なしでしたが、焼き鳥やつまみメニューなどはそのままあり、ランチメニューお得でした。
水菜のサラダは個人的にドレッシング多めで塩っぱく感じました(普通なのかな？)
接客もよかったです。
基本リーズナブルかなと感じました。
