★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 提供までの時間がかかったり店員のミスが多かったり態度悪かったりと何かと酷い店。しかも同じミスを何度も繰り返すし、店長はなんでも笑ってすまそうとする。こんなひどい態度てよく営業しようなんて思ったもんだ。同じチェーンなら電車代払ってでも浦和店行った方がいい。
この店には絶対行かない方がいい。行っても金でストレス買うようなもん

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビールは安いがその他価格設定は高めで量も少ない。19時前なら待ちは無いが、それ以降の入店は注意が必要。80分待ちも(スタッフ人数の理由により)過去経験あり。若い方の年齢確認は厳しめ、確認できなければ入店出来ない。
Beer is cheap, but other prices are high and the amount is small. There is no waiting before 19:00, but be careful when entering the store after that. I have a past experience of waiting for 80 minutes (due to the number of staff). The age confirmation of young people is strict, and if you can not confirm it, you can not enter the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 会員になると、料理やお酒が割引価格になるそうですが、会員になるのには300円かかります。いつも行くならおすすめですが、一回だけだと、全体的な価格設定から見て、損な気がします。生搾りチューハイはほぼジュースのようでした。ロックはちょっと量が少ないです。変わった料理もあるので、つまみの種類は豊富でした。

・事前予約したのにサイトにも書いてない事を理由に勝手に予約キャンセル。
・説明＆メニューに記載もないので指摘したら「お客様が悪いです」扱い。
・店員一人一人の言う事が全く違うから、何度も店員をまたいで確認する羽目に(研修生は除く)
今まで他の店舗を何度も利用しましたが、こんな事は初めてです！！
一休本社に苦情を入れて良いレベルです！！！
南越谷店を利用するくらいなら、他の方も書いてある通り、別の店舗を利用した方が気持ち良くお酒を飲めます。
折角安いわりにお酒も料理も美味しいのに残念すぎ。
せめてもの救いが研修生さんの初々しく丁寧な対応でした。
今後利用する皆さんの参考になれば幸いです。

As long as you use the Minamikoshigaya store, you can drink alcohol comfortably if you use another store, as described by other people.
Although it is cheap, it is too disappointing that alcohol and food are delicious although it is cheap.
