私だけなのかなと思ってたけど、態度の悪さはみなさん感じてたんですね。
とにかく受付も先生も態度が悪い！！！
顔にできた出来物で診察してもらいたくて、行きましたが、その距離で出来物見えるの？？？って距離で「塗り薬出すんで、様子みてくださーい」と気怠そうに言われました。
2度と行くか！と思いました。
システム上しょうがないけど、星一つつけるのも腹立たしい…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知人から勧められて受診しました 新しく綺麗な建物 テキパキした女医さんと助手の先生、好印象なのですがなにぶん混雑していて予約はネットで出来るものの、自分の都合の良い空いた時間に行くことがなかなか出来ず残念ながら途中でやめました
不満な点としては受付は複数人いますが初診でも全く説明はなく駐車場とネット受付の説明の紙を黙って渡されるのみでした
沢山患者さんいるので雑な対応なんですかね

キッズスペースもあります。
患者さんの数は多そうですが、スマホから予約が簡単にできるので、待ち時間なく受診できます。きれいな女の先生でチャキチャキ系？はっきり物を言ってくれて優しいと思います。診察はパパッと終わりますが、質問すればちゃんと答えてくれますし、感じはいいです。
ニキビ如きで受診しましたが、先生に相談しやすかったです。処方された薬はバッチリ効きました。説明もしっかり丁寧にしてくださいました。
受付のスタッフさんの対応は、業務対応といった感じで、接客はイマイチかも…と感じる部分はありますが、皮膚科としては◎です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美人の女医さんのザバザバした対応が好印象でした。他の口コミにあるような態度の悪さは感じられず、大半は受け手側の勘違いだという事が実際に診察を受けてわかりました。診察もスピード感がありテキパキと合理的に進んで行きます。そういったところが機械的に感じられて誤解されやすいのかも知れませんが、何か質問があれは遠慮せずにはっきりと伝えれば美人の女医さんが親切に答えてくれますよ。
ここに受診して大正解でした。

診察が雑すぎるし、朝も5分前にならないと中に入れないし、二度と行きません。

原因を知りたくて会話をしていると、血液検査してみるー？と言われさらっとやったら会計が7000円でした。
聞かなかったこっちも悪いですがそんな費用掛かるなら先に一言欲しいです。
あと薬塗っとくー？には絶対はいと言ってはだめです。どうせ処方される薬をちょちょっと塗り、しっかりお金取ります。

美容皮膚科の先生の割にはきつくもなく、さっぱりしていて優しい先生だと思います。
診察はスピーディ。
お忙しいようなので、聞きたいことは短くまとめておいてから診察室に入ったほうがいいと思います。じっくり考えたり思い出しながらお話したい方には向いていないかもしれません。
うちの子供も通っていますが、顔などの目立つところの処置、強い痛みを伴いそうな処置のときは親ではなく子供に話して やるかやらないか聞いてくださるところがありがたいと思います。
