最近ではなかなかお目にかからないあっさりした味わいです。
個人的にはこういうあっさりしたラーメン、大好きです。
おやじさんの愛想もいいですよ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ チャーシューの味が絶妙‼自分は味噌ラーメンを頼んだのですが、チャーシュー麺ぐらいの両がどっさりとトッピングさせていました‼スープの味もほどよくあっさりと食べられる至極の一品でした‼( ´∀｀)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ずっと能代に住んでいるのに、ようやく行きました。
黒い醤油ラーメンを食べました。チャーシューがしょっぱすぎる！どことなくスープの甘さが終盤にい強く感じましたがそれよりもしょっぱい。笑 でも不味くはない。昔のラーメンといった感じ。
店主はとても優しく、ライス、漬物、アイス等を頂けました。
Even though I lived in Noshiro all the time, I finally went.
I ate black soy sauce ramen. Chashu is too salty! Somehow the sweetness of the soup felt stronger at the end but it was more salty. Laughs aren't bad either. Feeling like old ramen.
The shop owner was very gentle and gave me rice, pickles, ice cream, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醤油チャーシュー麺を頂きました～?旨し‼️?でした。チャーシューは脂部分はトロトフ(笑)身もホロッと柔らか❗️じっくりと煮込んだチャーシューは至福の味わい?醤油スープはチャーシューを煮込んだタレがベースで見た目よりしょっぱい感じではなかった！むしろ旨し‼️機会があればまた来たいですね～?
最初入ったらお客さん1人だったがチャーシュー麺来る頃にはほぼ満員！地元に愛されてるポイな(笑)隣の消防局にも?️?出前して
