高	高山博之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オッちゃん仲間から教えてもらったラーメン店「麺工房やびな」さん。最近の能代市民のトレンドラーメン店との事。かなり遠いのですが、思い切って行ってみました(^^)v ＳＮＳのオッちゃんランチ仲間の投稿写真を見て、以前より行きたかったお店。前日秋田市泊りだったこともあり、足を延ばしてみました。１１時３０分頃付いたのですが、既に行列が(@_@)　さすが、トレンドラーメン店。駐車場は店舗前と店舗隣の空き地があり、心配はありませんね。店舗内に名簿あり、それに名前・人数を記載し待つシステム。早速記入します。待っている間に、メニューを拝見。７種類とかなりシンプルですが、どれも魅力的でかなり迷います(^_^;)　そしてオーダーしたのが「塩soba」です。スープのベースは鶏ですが、豚のロース骨も一緒に煮込んでおり、更に昆布や煮干・鰹節の魚介系スープも併せている複合型。それなのにこの透明度、かなり丁寧な仕事しているのが分かります。スッキリした塩味なのに、コクがありそれぞれの出汁が濃厚に感じられる奥深い味わい。麺は、細ストレート麺ですが、かなりコシの強い麺。歯応えと喉越しが楽しめ、麺そのものの味を堪能できます。この完成度は、さすがですね。他のメニューも確かめたくなるクオリティ。横手からはかなり遠いのですが、再訪確実のお店です(^^♪ Ramen shop "Men Kobo Yabina" who was taught by a friend of Occhan. 浅	浅川ひのきち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日でしたが、開店と同時に満席で大変賑わっていました。煮干しラーメンをいただきましたが、周りのかたは、醤油ラーメンを注文されているかたが多かったです。煮干しラーメンは、麺、チャーシュー、メンマ共に大変美味しかったです。ご馳走さまでした。 It was a weekday, but it was full and very busy as soon as the store opened. ペ	ペク on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かにオサレな雰囲気。若い客も多いが普通のラーメン好きそうな中年客もそれなりに多い。この日は醤油そばを食べたがむっちりした麺なのにしっかりとコシがあり美味しい✨ スープも味玉も完成度高し！ローストポークはちょっとしょっぱいけど美味しい。角切り肉ご飯はローストビーフのタレっぽいのがかかってたがローストポークもあるんだからこちらは普通の醤油タレの方がいいのでは？とても美味しく満足だが秋田市からこの店の為だけに再訪するかは微妙。 Certainly a fashionable atmosphere. C	Chiro S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から気になっていたお店で、今回初訪問です。お店は外観、内装ともラーメン店というより洋食店やカフェのようで、とてもお洒落な造りですが、外観はやや寂れ感が。醤油soba780円にワンタン120円のトッピングを頂きました。スープは醤油がたったやや塩味強めのものながら、背脂が円やかさを醸しており、クオリティーの高いもの。ヒラヒラの平打ち太麺も面白い食感。チャーシューはローストポークとバラ肉、ワンタンは酒田のようなシルキーなものを想像していましたが、結構具がしっかり入ってました。他に長めのメンマと発色の良い葱が乗ります。総じて相当クオリティー高いです。次は別のものを頼んでみたいですね。店員さんの接客もスマート。 This is my first visit to a store that I've always been interested in.
