昨今流行りの風ではなく、昭和生まれ世代が「ラーメンはこれ！」と感じるようなうまいラーメンです。
麺はプリっプリで、スープがほどよく絡み、クセがなくスルッスルッと入っていく。味は合わせ味噌、味噌、醤油、塩、ほか煮干しや担々麺などたくさんあり、野菜の追加などオプションも豊富です。
食べ終わったあと、水を飲んで一息つくと、もう一口二口スープを飲みたくなる。
とにかく私の好みの味で大好きなのですが、それだけじゃなく。
このお店は席がたくさんで、冷房もガンガン効いてるんです！
猛暑の日でも、汗だくを心配せずに安心して食べに行けます笑

これまでも数回来たことがありますが、毎回、合わせみそなので、次回は別のメニューにしたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼だけ、しかも火〜木は休みの店。10:30開店だが、開店と同時に次々と人が来る。席数は多く、感覚も取られている。オーダーは食券式で、券を購入後にカウンター端のトレイに乗せてから着席。水はセルフ。
実食は合わせ味噌野菜ラーメン。たっぷりの野菜に、味噌の味が染みていて、濃厚な合わせ味噌スープは麺にもよく絡み非常に美味しい。濃い時ように、割用スープまであるサービス。落合地区に3店あるラーメン屋の中では一番美味しいだろう。
これはリピーター確定だ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オススメ合わせ味噌750円頂きました❗サッポロラーメンみたいな感じです?麺は中太ストレート。なんと言っても合わせ味噌のスープが旨い❗少し濃い目が麺と合わさって丁度良い、野菜もたっぷり入ってます❗
チャーシューが柔らかホロホロで旨いです。スープは熱々ですよ。旨いラーメンの基本ですね。ご馳走さまでした?

4年ぶりの訪問でした。
店のイチオシは『野菜ら〜めん』。
券売機でもボタンが大きく、
めっちゃアピールしてます。
野菜ラーメンは4種類あります。
（醤油、塩、味噌、合わせ味噌）
看板メニューだけど、実は今まで
食べたことがありませんでした(･･;)
今回は合わせ味噌（830円）をいただきました。
スープは油少なめ、あっさりまろやか仕立て。
野菜系でチャーシューが1枚しっかり
ついてくるのはありがたい！
柔らかチャーシューでした。
麺は中太。
野菜はキャベツ、白菜、もやし、にんじん、ニラ
が入っていました。
美味しかったです♪

この合わせみそ、まろやかながらコクとキレがあります、生姜が効いてるのかな。
チャーシューが入ってもあまり脂っこい感じがないのが良いです。
そのチャーシューはトロウマチャーシューですが不要な脂は除去されてる感じ、旨味がある。
コリコリのメンマも自家製でしょうか。
まずはノーマルの合わせみそから食べてみて、野菜、チャーシューなど好みを食べてみるのも楽しみ方の一つでしょう。
なかなか美味しいですよ。
配膳の速さも◎
夏場は冷房ガンガンでこのアツアツのラーメンを楽しめるのも◎です。
