おかずはおかずケースから自分で勝手に取るスタイル。
値段が分からないけど目安価格は付箋で横に貼ってあるのでそれを参考にすると良いかも。
気になるなら店員に聞けば直ぐに答えてくれる。
料理の味は普通に美味しいと思う。
うどんの出汁は結構美味しい。
出汁関係はそこそこ時間をかけて作ってる感じ。
夫婦でやってるお店なので忙しくなると色々回らなくなると思う。

今回は中華そば４３０円をいただきました。
スープはあっさり味で、麺はちょい柔らかめ。
食堂らしい中華そばで、まあまあ美味しかったです。
ショーケースの中には美味しそうなおかずがあれこれ置いてあったので、また訪問してみたいです。

こういうお店はどんどんとなくなり、今や生野界隈でも''重要文化財''レベルだと思います。
久しぶりに入るとあの時のままです。タイムスリップした気持ちになりました（笑）
常連さんは''一膳おかずコーナー''で数品好きなモノを選ぶ方が多いですが、僕は昔から大好きな『カツ丼定食』を注文。
綺麗な洗練されたカツ丼です✨
味も変わってない
値段もこの内容で 650円 は素敵すぎ‼️
これからも元気で頑張って下さい。
