It is a long-established bar of Akasaka-mitsuke that has passed for nearly 40 years. The master does it alone, but thank you for your hard work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ モルトもカクテルも接客も素晴らしい安定感抜群のバー。オーセンティックバーのお手本のような店。店名のタートヴァン(Tate-vin)はフランス語で、ワインのテイスティング用の銀製の器のこと。内側の凹凸にワインを注ぎ、明かりを照らしてワインの色を見るための道具。店にはタートヴァンをモチーフにした灰皿がある。自家製フォアグラ･メルバトースト添え。このレバーペーストはうまい。パンにもこだわりがあり、毎日パン屋から仕入れている。おすすめは特製ナポリタン。なんと魚介のナポリタン。このナポリタンを食べて、魚介とナポリタンの相性のよさにはじめて気づくほど。

Served with homemade foie gras and melba toast. This liver paste is good. There is also a commitment to bread, and it is purchased every day from bakery. The special Napolitan is recommended. What a seafood Napolitan. Eating this Napolitan is the first time you notice the good compatibility between seafood and Napolitan.

赤坂一ツ木通り沿いに面した建物の奥に、ひっそりとあります。看板は通りから見えるものの、「え、どこにあるの？」と迷ってしまうような場所です。
看板の左側を通り抜け、ビルとビルの細い隙間を
まっすぐいくと、階段とエレベーターがあり、そこを上がると2階にあります。
でも多分、多くの人がビルの隙間を進んでいくうちに「こんなところにあるはずないだろ…」と諦めてしまうのではないかと思うほどの雰囲気。昔からの常連さん以外、発見するのは困難なのではないかと思われます。
飛び込みで数千店舗の個人店へ訪問してきた私ですが、それでも、訝りながら奥に進むような状態でした。
それでも、昭和のオーセンティックなバーを好む方には、是非訪れて欲しい場所。ただただ静かにその積み上げられた素晴らしい時の重みを味わっていたい、そんなバーです。

Still, if you like Authentic Bar in the Showa era, this is the place I'd definitely visit. I just want to taste the weight of the wonderful time when it was piled up quietly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入口が非常にわかりづらく、まさに隠れ家的なオーセンティックバーです。お店の雰囲気は、一人で落ち着いて飲むのが似合うおしゃれなイメージですが、客層はたまたまかもしれませんがグループが多く（当方も4人組でしたが）、結構騒がしかったです。
こんなに分かりづらい場所なのに、とても流行っているようです。氷も丸く削ってあり、手間をかけているようでした。
やはりグループで行くのではなく、一人か、女性と二人で行きたいお店だと感じました。
The entrance is very confusing, and it is a authentic hideaway bar. The atmosphere of the shop is a stylish image that is suitable for calming down and drinking alone, but the number of customers may be accidental, but there were a lot of groups (we were also a group of 4) and it was quite noisy.
It seems to be very popular though it is such a difficult place to understand. The ice was rounded off and seemed to take time.
After all, I felt that I wanted to go alone or with a woman, not a group.
