借りるとき、「説明すれば、終わり。客の理解など、どうでもいい」旨をしっかり、聞かされました。
客の聞き直しは無視。自分が話したらおしまい。
また、返却時、クルマを駐車場に停めました。
駐車場の係の人と事務所が無線で連絡しているのが聞こえちゃいました。事務所の担当者は駐車場の担当者に「帰らせていい」と話していました。
社内の会話でも、普通なら「帰って頂いていいです」と言うのでは？
表面的な礼儀も、内面の心もダメな店と思いました。

I thought that the store was not good for superficial courtesy and inner heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運転手さんがとても丁寧でした。借りた車も新車で大満足です。場所はまだ施設が完成してないので、入り口が分かりにくい感じはありますが、空港からも近く良いと思います。
The driver was very polite. I am very satisfied with the new car I rented. The location is not yet complete, so the entrance may be difficult to understand, but I think it's good because it's close to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shuttle service to the airport is not guaranteed even though this is supposed to be an airport rental dropoff point! Reason given was driver was involved in an accident, does not even help to arrange alternative option but ask you to either take a taxi or train by yourself! First and last time using this rental company!
