One of the most interesting meals I’ve ever had. The food was tasty and innovative and the techniques fun and surprising. You’ll be seated at a bar at the kitchen watching the chef prepare your meal as he explains his process and philosophy. A mix of french and Japanese influences mostly, all with a fun twist. The menu was presented on a measuring tape if that’s any indication of how unconventional this meal is. The only thing I didn’t like was a “Peking duck” where the “skin” was actually bean curd. The crispy skin is the best part of Peking duck so not something that should be messed with for the sake of experimentation at the expense of flavour.

A unique dining experience. Many creative dishes served with a flourish. Makes for an entertaining evening. Highly recommended if you can afford it. Arrive early for a drink by the window. The views are extraordinary. And definitely check out the amazing washrooms; they have the world's best views from a urinal!

The best culinary experience I've had so far. The chef takes you on an around the world journey - you'll get to taste incredible dishes inspired by typical flavours from different corners of the world. The setting itself is perfect - you're sitting in a group of 8 in front of the chef while he is preparing the plates and explaining everything. You'll be blown away.

The experience is incredible good and interesting. The chef is giving one of the best explanations of the dishes I have gotten so far at Michelin restaurants. First, the location is incredible. The view from the 38th floor is almost alone worth the visit, so do arrive early and enjoy it with a drink. The food is great, presented very well and tasteful. The chef explains every dish and provides a very creative and fun dining experience. Some of the dishes could have been more exciting, tasted a bit more. But they where all good. We had the moctail pairing and it was good. However the waitress explaining the drinks spoke very low and it was difficult to hear what it was. The drinks was not timed with the dishes and would arrive almost randomly during the meal. All in all it was a fun, interesting and creative dinner. A bit on the pricey side, it has the same price tag as many 3 star restaurants.

Is it fantastical, ?%. It was almost overly appealing to the eyes for the taste buds to catch up. 5 star experience, 4.5 on taste. Which I hate to say because the chef was a wizard ?

Probably the best restaurant I have been. It wasn’t boring or slow like other high end restaurants such as 3 starred Michelin restaurants. It was entertaining and the dishes were cooked to the absolute perfection. The chef describes each pieces of his dishes as “art”. And I agree as every dish are finessed to the finest detail. It was entertaining as well with different creative cooking techniques such as liquid nitrogen sorbet which was delicious. I absolutely love this restaurant however you would need to book in advance since there are only eight seats. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone for dinner.

Great experience beyond just the great food. This is a set course restaurant where every dish is presented like a tapas. Expect great variety of international dishes. Every dish has a unique twist, nothing is really prepared the traditional way, and has its own story or anecdote related. The chef is sure to entertain with his story telling and cooking tricks (liquid nitrogen was a favorite). The format is six people sitting around the counter watching the chef ?‍? do their magic so might not be appropriate for a romantic face-to-face. Highly recommend to experience at least once. If the menu has Montreal-style wagyu, jump on it!
