★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome value for weekday lunch. Salad and starter buffet with choice of a pasta or pizza from 990 yen (plus tax). Add 200 yen for free flow drink bar including house red and white wine. The mentaiko pasta was especially good, with a pronounced buttery flavour. The sausage and corn pizza is not outstanding, but decent enough. They don't even have a time limit so you could spend a drunken afternoon here if you really wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited with colleagues as part of a group that had ordered a party plan around New Year. This is a standard "Italian-style dining experience in a Japanese department store" in every respect, from the decor to the food etc. That is to say that the food isn't bad but nothing special. Salads, pasta and so on are all available. Service on the other hand was fast and efficient, and I was able to get served quite quickly!
As part of the set, "All you can drink" options were included (note that you may be given a strict time limit based on your choice of plan). Bookings can be taken online and I had no problems doing so through a well-known Japanese restaurant booking site. At 3,500 yen per head with several dishes and "all you can drink" for two hours the value for money was standard in Tokyo. YMMV!
