大大大前提ルノアールと思って来てはいけません。
ルノアールって名前の恵比寿にある老舗カフェだと思って下さい。
皆さん書いてる通り店内はヤニまみれといえばヤニまみれです。でも、紙巻勢は気になりませんよね？(私は気にならない側)
接客も短気な人なら気になるかも知れません。そりゃ〜みんな大好きルノアールと比べた時点でクレームものです。
でも、サービスの安定した老舗カフェだと思えば一見さんに対しての良くある感覚だとなるドッって事無いレベルです。
何なら皆イライラしてる2021年16号台風直撃してる最中、ウェイターさんは傘袋入れてくれるし、お冷も足してくれたし、肩身の狭い喫煙者勢のオアシスです。
トコトン好みは別れる店舗ですが、Googleオススメ80%超え
いい評価してます！
嫌煙派の方々ごめんなさい。
出来れば片っ端から閉店し、時短で20:00時閉店になって、行き場失い路上で飲み散らす羽目になってるアルコールに置き換えて私達の居場所をこき下ろさないで下さい。

Think of Renoir as a long-established cafe in Ebisu.
As you write, the inside of the store is covered with tar. But you don't care about the paper rolls, right? (The side I don't care about)
If you are a person who is impatient, you may be worried about how to serve customers. That's a complaint when compared to everyone's favorite Renoir.
However, if you think of it as a long-established cafe with stable service, it is a level that seems to be a common feeling for Mr. Atsushi.
Everybody is frustrated. During the direct hit of Typhoon No. 16 in 2021, the waiter put in an umbrella bag, added some cold, and is an oasis of smokers with narrow shoulders.
Tokoton taste is a part of the store, but Google recommends over 80%
I have a good evaluation!
I'm sorry for the smokers.
If possible, close from one end to the other, close at 20:00 in a short time, and replace it with the alcohol that you have lost your way to and drink on the street, and do not let us down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全席喫煙出来る、喫煙者には貴重なお店。恵比寿駅前(西口)にあるのでいつも寄ります。昭和っぽい雰囲気なので何故か安心感があります。
食事などは普通です。
写真左はモーニングセット
A valuable shop for smokers who can smoke in all seats. It's in front of Ebisu station (west exit), so I always stop by. It has a Showa-like atmosphere, so there is a sense of security for some reason.
Meals are normal.

対面のドトールが加熱式タバコのみなので、紙巻たばこの方はこちらがお勧めです。私は7時30分頃行きましたが、朝は8時からでした。
ガーデンプレイスに向かう前のひとときに最高でした！
朝は厨房もホールもおじさんが一人で対応されてました。丁寧な対応と美味しいモーニングセットをありがとうございました！
Renoir is a valuable smoker in front of Ebisu West Exit Station.
This is recommended for cigarettes, as the only face-to-face Doutor is heat-not-burn tobacco. I went around 7:30, but it was from 8 in the morning.
It was a great time before heading to Garden Place!
In the morning, the uncle was alone in the kitchen and hall. Thank you for your polite response and delicious breakfast set!

Overall I had a bad experience, different from other branches of Renoir cafe chain.
There are smoking seats only; no non-smoking seats. Which is quite unacceptable for me.
There is no washroom inside (you have to go outside and use one in the next building).
There is no power supply. There is even no Wi-Fi, which I expected the most for “Renoir” brand.
Price is normal, as well as service and quality.
I simply suggest to use another cafe around.
