えいぞうらーめんを注文した。
信じられないほど酸っぱく、まったく美味しくない。
店主にいっても「はぁ〜?？ 」みたいな感じ。
900円も出していく価値がなかった。
近くの竹屋に行けばよかったと後悔しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の夜に訪問しました。店内は広くありませんがカウンターとテーブル席もあり、麺以外のおつまみメニューもあるので居酒屋としても利用出来ます。
つけ麺と生ビールを注文しました。何味かうまく説明できないのですがこってり濃厚で好きな人は好きな味だと思いました。私も好きです。
今度は居酒屋としても利用したいです。ごちそうさまでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつもくせものを食べます。(写真のもやしがのっているラーメンです)
今までは、田無で濃厚なラーメンを食べたいときはじゃいあん2号店の豚ラーメンを食べてましたが、メニュー改編で豚ラーメンがなくなってしまったので、くせものが繰り上がりで私の濃厚ラーメンランキングナンバーワンになりました。
よくある二郎系のラーメンと思われるかもしれませんが、違います。
二郎系はスープがあまり乳化しておらず醤油が強いですがくせものはスープがどろっどろの動物系の乳化スープで濃厚で美味しいです。
麺はワシワシと食べれるようなコシが強い麺でスープの強さに負けていません。
食べおわると体に悪そうで罪悪感を感じてしまいますが、また食べたくなります。大変美味しいラーメンです。
他にも油そばや魚介豚骨つけ麺などいろいろな味がありますが、くせものとえい蔵ラーメン以外はどこかで食べれる味だったり個人的にえいぞうよりも美味しい店をしっているので私はくせものを食べます。
えい蔵ラーメンは食べ進めるとちょっと油のくどさが重くなってくるので、もやしやネギがたっぷりのったくせものをチョイスしています。
翌日外出予定があるときは…えい蔵ラーメンですね。

太麺、細麺選べる中で、自分は細麺選びました。
細麺選んで思ったのは、
ふつうに麺はマズくないと思いました。
替え玉もしました。
ドロ系スープとの相性もよかったっす。
ただ、個人的にドロ系スープがしょっぱかったので、いっぱい目から楽しむなら、
太麺なのかな？って思いました。
ただ、スープへのトッピング…お店任せなので、
にんにくやらなんやらは好みで出来たら、
素敵だと思いました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い意味で馬鹿が考えたラーメン！って感じで個人的に過去5本の指に入るぐらい美味しかった。スープはこってり系で居酒屋後の締めの一杯ってより、お昼にガッツリ食べたい時におすすめです。全粒粉の麺(?)のような感じがした。麺は食べごたえがあってとても美味しかった！次は替え玉チャレンジなるものをやってみたい
