三	三矢和幸（ビーチバレー） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十数年前お店ができた当時伺って以来の再訪です。肉そばいただきました。美味しいお店で今では各地で食べられるようになりましたがやはり本店が一番美味しい気がするのは自分だけなのでしょうか？透き通った優しいスープがとてもおいしい。いつもスープが先になくならないように調節して食べてる気がします。おいしい！ Since I visited when the store was opened a dozen years ago It is a revisit. U	UZ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鶏ガラ塩ラーメンのようなやや白濁しながら透き通るスープに、つるっつるでコシがある麺がマッチ。飽きずに食べ進めることができました。チャーシューがトロトロで醤油が効いておいしい。 The smooth and chewy noodles match the slightly cloudy but clear soup like chicken shio ramen. 鈴	鈴木耕一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜多方ラーメン風というレビューを見て行きましたが、チャーシューは喜多方ラーメン風かなと思いましたが、麺とスープは佐野ラーメンだな、という感想を持ちました。美味しいです！ツルッとモチッとした麺は佐野ラーメンの感じで、透き通ったスープはあっさりしつつコクがあり美味しかった。チャーシューは喜多方ラーメン風でしっかりしつつも柔らかくこれも美味しかった。特性肉めしはご飯が甘めなのはビックリしましたが角切りチャーシューの塩気マッチしてこれも良かった。裏に10台くらいの駐車場もあるので車でも行きやすいと思います。 I went to see the review of Kitakata ramen style, and I thought that the char siu was Kitakata ramen style, but I had the impression that the noodles and soup were Sano ramen. T	Togawa Yuuki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用。月曜日11時半に来店。スムーズに着席できました。カウンター３名が来店していました。路面店。駐車場は一本裏通りに田中商店とかかれた駐車場が10台ほど。隣の駐車場は違うらしい。カウンター７名４名がけ✖️3 入口　券売機にて購入。辛味噌ラーメンとスパムおにぎりを注文。ツレは中華そば（玉子入り）を注文。 38分にでてきました。この頃には満席になっていました。スープは、、、んん。いいです。魚介系のスープでとろみの中にしょっぱみがあり、少し甘みがくるような感じです。麺は細めの平打ち麺を使用。チャーシュー普通にうまい。油も強くなく、若干のくさみがたまらない。メンマが変わっていて、乾燥メンマなのかな？細く茶色い。食べ応えはないが食感はいい。青のりが1味変。そして辛味噌で徐々に味変していく。いいですねー飽きさせない演出。辛味噌はニンニクが強烈です。個人的には全部入れない方が好きですねースパムおにぎり普通です。おすし風な感じでスパムが薄い。これは、、、味の好みは人それぞれです。一個人の意見として参考までに。。。辛味噌ラーメンスープ　　　　　　　☆★★★★ 麺　　　　　　　　　☆☆★★★ 味変　　　　　　　　☆★★★★ メンマ　　　　　　　☆☆☆★★ チャーシュー　　　　☆☆★★★ スパムおにぎり　　　☆☆☆☆★ Used for lunch.
