前菜から 始まりデザートまで 山形で食べる西洋料理(フレンチ)の中では珍しく 本格的で美味しいものでした。
この店ならば 友達に自信をもって紹介できると思いました。ランチも手頃な価格で内容も良さそうなので次回は昼に食べてみようと思っています。

From appetizers to desserts, it was unusually authentic and delicious among Western dishes (French) eaten in Yamagata.
I thought I could introduce it to my friends with confidence at this store. Lunch is also reasonably priced and the contents look good, so I'm thinking of eating it at noon next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍ではありますが、ピヨ玉でいつも見ている田中シェフの料理が食べる機会が訪れましたのでしっかり対策を心がけて行ってきました。
店内もコロナ対策がしっかりされており、スタッフは美男美女！
料理も大変美味しかったです！
加えて写真撮影という私の無理なお願いにも対応してくれる気さくなシェフ。
テレビで見てる通りの方でした^^
行って損のない店だと思います！
ちなみにピヨ玉でシェフが作ったメニューはピヨ玉のWebサイトで見ることができますｗ

前菜のサラダからスープ（これが頂きたくてこのコースにしたくらい）メインもおいしかったです。
デザートの後、も少しゆっくりお喋りしたかったけど、なんとなく帰らなきゃいけない雰囲気があったのは仕方ないかな？
また行きたいです。
I had lunch (1800 yen course).
The main dish from the appetizer salad to the soup (I chose this course because I wanted to have it) was also delicious.
I wanted to talk a little slowly after the dessert, but I wonder if there was an atmosphere where I had to go home somehow.
I want to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチコース頼みました✨生ハムと鴨肉のサラダ仕立てのオードブル・かぼちゃのスープ・パンかライスが選べて、メインが、庄内豚のグリエトマトチーズ焼きと鰆のムニエル浅利のソース(クリーム)・本日のデザート・飲み物は、紅茶かコーヒーが選べます❗つい、ライスを頼んだけど、ソースも堪能するべくパンにすれば良かったかな〜とか思いつつ、最初から、最後まで本当に美味しくて、大満足でした(*´ω｀*)
お店の雰囲気も素敵で、普段着でちょっと贅沢ランチな気分になれちゃうお店です(*´∀｀)いつもより少しお洒落して、贅沢ランチ☀️?もお薦めですよ〜?

インパクトなし。
鴨も市販の商品なのかな？
期待してたのに残念、、しか言葉がありません。
パスタは味が薄すぎると一緒に行った方が言ってました
あと、くるまでかなり時間がかかりました。
昼時で予約してても、どんだけ待たせるねん！！ やばいと思います。
ストレス。もう行きません！

接客サービスは気持ち良く間違いなく素晴らしいです。
ただ、料理を褒めている方が多くて恐縮ですが、余りに手を抜いた料理が多過ぎると感じました。
前菜では市販の安っぽい匂いの鴨や生ハム、市販としか思えないドレッシング。カボチャのカプチーノ仕立てと言っても長い期間変化のない特徴を感じないスープ。タルタルと言っても市販のマヨネーズ味が強いの魚、深みのない煮込み肉。
これだけの種類を1,800円で出すのは難しいのかも知れませんが、であれば品数を絞りTanakaならではの料理を出して欲しいです。このランチを頂いて、私はディナーで伺おうとは思いません。
接客が素晴らしいだけに、勿体なくて堪りません。

However, I'm sorry that many people praise the food, but I felt that there were too many dishes that were overkill.
Appetizers include commercially available cheap-smelling duck and prosciutto, and dressings that only seem to be commercially available. Pumpkin cappuccino soup that doesn't change for a long time. Even if it is called tartar, it is a commercially available fish with a strong mayonnaise taste, stewed meat without depth.
It may be difficult to serve this kind of food for 1,800 yen, but if so, I would like you to narrow down the number of items and serve dishes unique to Tanaka. Having this lunch, I wouldn't visit for dinner.
The customer service is wonderful, so I can't stand it.
