D	Dai K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カジュアルフレンチ。平日ディナーで訪問。山形駅から車で10分ほど東へ住宅街の奥に素敵なログハウス！店内は大きな窓から雪景色が。立派な大黒柱、清潔で花など飾ってありおしゃれな雰囲気。料理はソフトなキッシュから始まり、代官山か恵比寿でいただいてるかのような盛り付けの美味しいサラダ。ステーキ、デザートは抹茶ロールケーキとコーヒー。マスターは明るくてフレンドリー。ロングベアー？長い熊ってなんだ？と思ったらこの土地の持ち主の名前が長三郎？と熊五郎？だったかでリスペクトしたからだそうです。(笑) Casual French. Visit for dinner on weekdays. A nice log house at the back of a residential area about 10 minutes by car from Yamagata Station! The inside of the store has a large window with a snow view. A great atmosphere, beautiful and decorated with beautiful flowers. The dishes start with a soft quiche and serve delicious salads as if served in Daikanyama or Ebisu. Steak and dessert are matcha roll cake and coffee. The master is bright and friendly. Long Bear? What is a long bear? What if the name of the owner of this land is Chozaburo? And Goro Kuma? It is because he respected himself. (Lol)

k	kbh t on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔のフレンチといったイメージで失礼ながら特別に期待はしないで訪れたのですが一つ一つの野菜の扱いがとても丁寧でサラダが特に美味しかったです。美味しいフレンチは東京に行けばいくらでもありますが、こういうホッとするようなフレンチは久しぶりに食べた気がします。ミシュランで★を取るような絶妙な火入れとか技巧的なお店に注目してしまいがちですが、こういう昔ながらのお店の価値こそ見直すべきかも知れないですね。 Although I was rude to have the image of old French, I visited without any special expectations, but the handling of each vegetable was very polite and the salad was especially delicious. The A Course lunch featured five beautiful and delicious dishes. The star dish was the salad. It was full of several different kinds of vegetables prepared in many different ways. Absolutely loved it. Steak was tender and nicely cooked. A lovely dining experience. Will be back!!!
