★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリスマスディナーを食べました、大雪の日で行くまで大変でした、でも料理が出て食べたら美味しくて来て良かった、次回も必ず行きます、ランチも食べに行きます?。

特にビシソワーズ、最後に甘みとコクが感じられ、奥深い味わいでした。
メインは鴨肉を真空調理したものを頼んだが、柔らかく焼かれてはいるが、ソースが強すぎる気がします。ビーフシチューもかなり濃厚な味わいでした。ご馳走さまでした。
Appetizers and cold soup were delicious.
Especially Bishise Soise, sweetness and richness were felt at the end, it was a deep taste.
The main asked for vacuum-cooked minced meat, but it was soft baked but the sauce felt too strong. The beef stew was also quite thick. It was a feast.

ランチコース✕2に料理のグレードアップ、グラスワイン2杯で、8,000 円弱でした。
ちょっと贅沢なランチでしたが、料理の味、量、お店の雰囲気等大変良かったです。強いて言えば、ビーフシチューの味が私には少ししょっぱく感じました。（お肉が柔らかくてとても美味しいです。）

キッシュも！
予約すれば買うことも出来る様です。
見た目はシンプルですが、手間のかかったお料理という感じです。添えてある野菜も美味しくて食べる度ににんまりしてしまいます。
地元の食材を大切にしながら美味しいものを作って下さっているお店です。
デザートがちょっと残念なんですけど、お料理が美味しいのでまぁいっか、です。
