★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広島新四国八十八ケ所の５４番。H30のスタンプウォークで参拝。なぜか６５番の三輪不動院のスタンプも置いてあった。まんが図書館や現代美術館に行く際に何度も前を通ったことがあるがこんな立派なお寺があるとは知らなかった。目からウロコでした。手水場にちゃんと水が供給されている。駐車場あり。トイレあり。

爆心地から近かったらしく、歴史を感じる事が出来ます。
毘沙門天さんの足元には池があり、超デカイ鯉がたくさん泳いでます。
A temple near the entrance to Mount Hiji.
It seems that it was close to the hypocenter and you can feel the history.
There is a pond at the foot of Mr. Bishamonten, and a lot of super big carps are swimming there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比治山の麓、登山道入口に位置する風情があるお寺。そびえる卒塔婆の石塔が渋い。虚空蔵菩薩、多聞天（毘沙門天）などが祭られている。虚空蔵とは、宇宙の如く広大無辺の知恵と慈悲がつまっている蔵のことで、この菩薩は、人々の願いを叶えるべく、知恵、記憶力、知識を倉から取り出し与えてくれるそうな。何だか受験生向きの仏さんじゃね。この寺は、もとは毛利氏が吉田に創建した真言宗寺院で、1604年に現在地に引っ越してきたそうな。原爆により被災しながらも、焼け残り、臨時の県庁の役を果たしたげな。おしまい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比治山の登山口のPBの前。お寺の中は順路の矢印や表示がある。毘沙門天と書いた柱がある。歴史上の頼山陽か誰か有名な人の跡がある。またちゃんと見て追記します。
In front of the PB at the trailhead of Mt. Hiji. Inside the temple, there are arrows and signs on the route. There is a pillar written as Bishamonten. There are traces of historical Rai Sanyo or someone famous. I will add it after seeing it properly.
