ジビエなのでワイルドな感じを想像していましたが下処理が良いのでしょう、臭みなど全くなく皆、一言目には「美味しい」が必ず出ます。接客も気持ちよく、また利用したくなります。
サラダの写真を取り忘れたのが残念ですが盛り付けが美しい。
また伺いたいお店です。
It was used by several old men.
I imagined it would be wild because it's a game, but I think the pretreatment is good, there is no odor, and everyone always says "delicious" in the first word. The customer service is comfortable and I want to use it again.
It's a pity that I forgot to take a picture of the salad, but the presentation is beautiful.
This is the shop I would like to visit again.

ダチョウ、イノシシ、鹿、鶏と、一通り頼んで日本酒と存分に楽しめました。
色々な種類の塩が置いてあり、あれこれと楽しめるのが良かったです。
次は内臓の炙りシリーズにトライします！
