★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上タンの写真につられ、出張ついでに初めての1人焼肉。カウンター席もあり、1人でも入りやすい雰囲気でした。色々食べてみたかったので、ハーフメニューがあったのはありがたかったです。
蔓延防止の期間でもあったのでお店は空いており、ゆっくり焼肉を楽しめました。店員さんの印象も良かったです。
お肉はほぼ美味しかったですが、中でもナントカ？赤身(名前忘れました)が美味しかったです。
ホルモン推しとは知らなかったので、また近くに行った際はチャレンジしてみたいです。

一軒家的なお店です
斜め向かいの焼肉党みたいに丸イスでガード下の雰囲気は無い
2階席は靴を脱いで上がり急勾配の階段を登ると個室的なテーブルがあり純和室の雰囲気があります
1階はわからないが2階はガスになるので七輪でホルモン食べたい人には向かないが別に味が落ちるわけでは無いので気にしなくて良い
テーブルにタレや塩は無いがニンニクおろしはあります
お肉にはタレの味が付いているので美味しく食べられるがワサビや塩で食べたい人には不向きかも
自慢であるホルモン系は新鮮で生でも食べれる位の丁寧な仕込みでレバーは絶品
テッチャンの味付けはベストオブベスト
シマチョウが無いのが残念だがミノやレバーの味付けも素晴らしい
セセリの量は普通は切って開いてだすのですが普通に切らないで出す為にお得
黒烏龍茶は有料だが普通のウーロン茶は無料です
店員さんの接客は良く、提供も早い

お店のBGMは昭和歌謡で隣のおっさんが歌ってしまうくらいに懐かしいのと最近流行りの昭和ブームの若い子にもgood

営業時間が非常に長く、そして夜遅くまで営業しているため深夜利用できる有難いお店ですね。
店内には立ち食いが出来るドラム缶焼肉型のテーブルが2つ、通常のテーブル席、一人にもうれしいカウンター席、奥には仕切られている個室の用意もありさまざまな用途に対応できます。

「上」の品々はタンハラミロースともに脂もさっぱりしており、この日の仕入れは素晴らしかったのだと思います。食べていて非常に美味しい焼肉です。
もみダレ、つけダレ共に味わいが強く、醤油感が少し残るタレは好みは分かれるとは思いますが、私はとても気に入りました。
焼肉の食べ歩きなどとは皆無な友人との利用でしたが、「美味しい」とうなっており満足しておりました。
ミノ・テッチャンなどの内臓系もとても良いです。この日は特にミノが良かった。ザクザクとした食感を感じるミノは鮮度のたまもの。正肉・内臓共に美味しいとなると、穴が無い。
店員の方々の接客も気持ちの良い接客でした。駅周辺で焼肉屋を探しているのであれば、他のサイトなどで評価の高い某店よりも私は断然、たっとん亭を推しますね。
