★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女医さんですが同時に何人もの患者を診ているスタイルのようで、かなりぞんざいに扱われている印象をうけました。こちらが質問をしても早くきりあげようとするし、診察のあとは、ふつう「お大事に」の一言くらいはあるかとおもいますが、説明だけでなにもいわず立ち去われてしまいました。別にサービス業のごとくペコペコしろなどというつもりはありませんし、患者としてもお医者さんに敬意を払うべきかと思いますが、あまりにも高飛車で常識のない態度にあきれました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供も一緒に受診をしていました。定期的に通っていて、薬をもらうため1週間後に行くと、受付のスタッフに「もう薬ないんですか？」と言われました。
状況を説明しても怪訝な顔をされ、その後受付内でヒソヒソ話。
しかもその会話聞こえてますけど。面倒くさい患者だと思ったのでしょうか。
会計時の態度も最悪でした。別にこちらはクレームとかは一切言っていないんですがね。
↑受付でよく見る女性2名ですが、昔からいるベテランスタッフなのかもしれませんが、髪型も清潔感がなく、特にそのうち1名は顔も基本仏頂面でした。
数年前にも受診していて、その時もその人達の印象は良くなく、久しぶりに通院し始めてたのですが、もうこれ以降受診するのはやめました。もう何年か前の話なので、今もそのスタッフがいるかはわかりませんが・・・。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回受診した際にいただいたお薬を使用したら、別の症状があらわれたので、しばらく我慢してそのお薬を使い、数週間後に再び受診しました。
いただいたお薬を使用した直後から別の症状があらわれたと訴えたのですが聞き入れてもらえず、さらに同じお薬を使用し続けるように言われました。
ちなみにそのお薬を止めると、別の症状はおさまり、またお薬の使用を始めると別の症状があらわれました。
違うお薬を提案していただいたり、使用しているお薬の効果と副作用などを説明していただいたりすれば納得も出来たのですが、怖くてそのお薬はもう使いたくありません。
また、私は元の症状に3年間悩まされている(このことはお伝えしました)のですが、痛くも痒くもないなら別に良いでしょうと言われました。大変お忙しくて、患者に寄り添うことが出来ないお医者様のようです。
看護師さんも高圧的な方が多い印象があり、毎回ビクビクさせられました。?
真剣に悩んでいらっしゃる方は、他の皮膚科をお探しになった方が賢明かと思います。
申し訳ないのですが、私はもうこちらの皮膚科で診ていただくことはないかと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 癌ステージ末期で抗がん剤を点滴治療中で脱毛した頭にブツブツができてしまいました。激しい痛みで受診しました。ウィッグを外し診てもらい帯状疱疹とわかりました。毛はパラパラしかありませんが私には大切な毛髪なので、帯状疱疹時はコンディショナーを使わない方が良いですかとお訊ねしましたら、女医がコンディショナーって、その頭❗石鹸で洗っときゃ良いんじゃないの〰️と笑って返しました。回りに立っていたナース数人で本当ですよね！とばかりに大笑いしてました。悲しくて泣かずに病室を出るのに必死でした。今でも家族や友人とその話を時々して悲しく思っています。サバサバしてるとか、そういう問題ではありません。ドクハラの極みです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 皮膚炎で受診した時の事です。名前を呼ばれカーテンで仕切られた部屋で待っていると先生が朝という事もあり「おはようございます」と言いそれぞれの部屋で診察を進めていました。私も先生に自分から「おはようございます」と言うと目が合っているにも関わらず完全無視でした。笑
皮膚炎で患部がかなり腫れ患部の所々の皮膚がまだらになっていました。痛みと痒みで少し不安がありまだらの皮膚の状態を先生に聞いてみた所「所々？はっ？何？わからないけどどこ？」と言い、明らかに不快な態度で対応されました。そして患者に対して大きな声で「白い部分が本来の肌の色で周りの皮膚が異常だからそう見えるだけ。あなたの皮膚は異常だから」と異常という言葉を何度も使って説明され診察が終わりました。
この皮膚科にはただ自宅から最寄りだという事で受診したのですが本当に後悔しています。先生が露骨に患者を選り好みして診察しているとしか思えません。これから皮膚科を探している方などにはしっかり考えてから受診する事をおすすめします。自分の皮膚の状態が不安だったから質問しただけで、別にクレームを言っているわけでもないのに全く患者に寄り添う事など出来ないと思いました。気に入らない患者は来なくていいとのスタンスの皮膚科だと思います。大丈夫ですよ二度と行きませんので。
