電話で来店の予約をしたところ、担当の羽物さんが前もって条件に合った多くの物件をご紹介してくださいました。物件関連はもちろん、私事のつまらない質問にも笑顔で答えていただいてとても嬉しかったです。
内覧では清水さんから4件紹介していただきました。気になるところや実際のレイアウト、近場のスーパーなどといった情報も教えてくださいました。また、お店に戻ってからやはりこの物件も見てみたいという、わがままにもお忙しいなかご対応させていただきとても良い物件探しが出来ました。

When I made a reservation for a visit by phone, Mr. Hamono in charge introduced many properties that met the conditions in advance. I was very happy to have you answer with a smile not only the property-related questions but also the trivial questions about private matters.
In the preview, Mr. Shimizu introduced 4 cases. He also gave us information such as places of concern, the actual layout, and nearby supermarkets. Also, after returning to the store, I wanted to see this property as well, so I was able to find a very good property while I was busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ webサイト経由で物件の問い合わせをしました。他の不動産店からの連絡はメールが遅かったり、電話がタメ口だったりしたのですが、こちらはメールも電話もとても丁寧で好感が持てました。
店舗にお伺いする際もたまプラーザ駅からすぐ近くで、清潔感のあるキレイなお店でした。コロナ対策も入念にされている印象です。
物件の案内もパソコンモニターで丁寧に教えてくださいました。無理強いせず、こちらの希望に近い物件を複数ご提案いただけたので大変助かりました。
