★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オムライスをいただきました。自分でナイフで割ってデミソをかける。注文が入ってからチキンライスを作り仕上げてます。シェフが一人で切り盛りしているようで、気さくで話しやすいシェフです。

可愛らしく優しいマスターのオムライスを超えるオムライスに出会えない。食べれば食べるほどハマる。
通いたくなる美味しさ、心地よさがある。
リクエストすれば書いてあるメニュー以外のお料理も作ってくれる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ シェフの気まぐれでメニューが変わることもありますが、まずはオムライス。土用の丑の日に行くとウナギが出てきたり、たまにマグロの刺身が出てきたり、たまにカモが出てきたりします。ビールのお通しに生ハムやチーズが出てくるなど、連日通うとメニューに飽きません。
大学の宴会向けにオードブルを作ってくれるのですが、デザートのプリンは特におススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで利用、匠オムライス1500円、デザート(プリン)450円をいただきました。
シェフの方からいろんな話をしてくださり、料理を待っている間も楽しい時間を過ごせました。
チキンライスの上に鎮座しているオムレツを割ると中からふわとろの卵液が流れ出します。
別皿のお店特製デミソースを掛けて、いざ実食。
卵は地元の養鶏場の最高グレードの物を使用しているとのこと、確かに卵の味が濃いです。
ソースも一般的なデミグラスソースとはかなり違い、聞けばマディラワインが入っているそう。本格的なフレンチのソースで、こちらも美味し。
チキンライスもべっちゃりしておらず、鶏肉の旨味をまとったご飯がとても美味しいです。
オムライスにはコーヒーか紅茶が付いてきますが、話を聞いてて気になったデザートも追加で注文。
こちらもシェフの手作りとのこと、卵の味がちゃんと感じられ、しっかりした食感のプリンでした。
他のランチメニューもかなり気になるお店ですが、11月からしばらくランチは出張して清川村の別のお店で提供される予定とのこと。
機会があればそちらも伺いたいと思います。
料理に大満足、たくさんのお話も聞けて、とても素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

Chicken rice is not too big, and the rice with chicken flavor is very delicious.
Omurice comes with coffee or tea, but you can order additional desserts that you were interested in hearing.
This is also a chef's handmade pudding with a firm texture that feels the taste of the eggs properly.
Other lunch menus are quite interesting, but the lunch will be on a business trip for a while from November and will be offered at another store in Kiyokawa.
I would like to ask if there is an opportunity.
I was very satisfied with the food, listened to many stories and had a very nice time.

オリジナルワインも飲みやすかったです！
お店はカウンターのみでしたが気さくな店長さんのトークが幅広いジャンルでとっても楽しい時間を過ごせました！
また行きたくなるお店です！
カレーも美味しいとの事なので次回チャレンジします！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に当時の大切だった恋人と記念日に予約して行きましたがゴキブリがすごかった。食べてる横の壁にカサカサ〜っと数匹普通に走ってて…料理の味も普通。でもマスターがとてもいい方でした。バイク好きで！
I made a reservation for an anniversary with my dear lover at that time a few years ago, but the cockroaches were amazing. A few of them are running normally on the wall next to the one I'm eating ... The taste of the food is also normal. But the master was a very nice person. I like motorcycles!
