K	Kuwa Kuwa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 火曜日の夜、ディナーをいただきに行きました。予約の時に、5000円から1000 円刻みの予算と、苦手な食材を聞かれ、あとはお任せメニューです。私達は横浜からの観光だったので、少し奮発して1人7000円でお願いしました。提供いただいたメニューは次の通りです。・緑の野菜のガスパチョ・マグロの半生大トロや中トロと夏野菜の前菜・出雲の卵を使ったポーチドエッグ・甘鯛のポワレ・奥出雲の牛のイチボのステーキ・選べるデザートかチーズ(私はメロンスープにハーブのフラン、連れはチョコレートとハーブのムース) ・コーヒー活字にすると割とあっさりですが、魚や肉の皿には野菜が奇麗に盛り付けられています。また、特筆すべきは次の2点です。・パンが美味しい！無塩バターも美味しい！・お皿ごとにお店が合わせてサービスしてくれるグラスワインのセットあり。お値段は2800円〜。「〜」が微妙ですが、今回は、シャンパーニュ、サンセールのロゼ、ロワールの辛口白(AOC忘れました)、ボルドーのシャトータルボの白、奥出雲の山葡萄の赤というラインナップでした。グラスワインで料理毎にこれだけのバリエーションを出してくれるのは、グランメゾン並みですね。店主(たぶん)とのワイン談義も楽しく、満足度の高いディナーでした。素晴らしい！ I went for dinner on Tuesday evening.
