t	tanohei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 島根県も酒造メーカー・酒蔵は数が多いのですが個人的には一番好きなメーカーです。最近では島根県内のみやげ物店などでも一部商品が購入可能ですが、本社(直営店)で一部銘柄の試飲と在庫のある全種類の購入が可能です。個人的にお勧めなのは花酵母で醸した純米酒が味・香りとも良くて美味しいです(2017年現在は花酵母シリーズは4種類有ります。ただし超辛口だけは人によっては辛すぎて飲めないかも・・・）。余談ですが、島根県内の直営店のある酒造メーカーを何店か回りましたが、李白酒造さんが一番商売がうまいと思いました。 Shimane also has a large number of sake brewers and sake brewers, but I personally like it most.
