Most of the people who work there are very professional. The hotel staffs are nice and try the best to communicate with us in English.

I am not a big onsen fan but the rest of my group really enjoyed them. First night the Japanese restaurant was fully booked; second night it was closed. So book ahead if you want to try it. The Chinese restaurant is bad by my standard. Limited menu. Breakfast was fasinating! Take a walk in the town nearby. Plenty of food joints. Third night we went to buy take out from a nearby supermarket - great choices and high quality. I like the sake from this area. It is a Valor supermarket. The area is not huge in terms of night life and watering holes. Best to drink in you room. Tatami room can host 10 easily.

WIFI is free in your room anyway. Room size was average for a hotel in the city. I enjoyed the complimentary mini bar. I dream of going back someday.

The onsen was quite big. All mini bar items are free and replenish daily. The Japanese dishes were quite tasty. Our room was beautiful.

The free wifi in your room of course is an extra benefit. We simply loved the hot springs. I am very much looking forward to my next stay.

Great shops for getting some last minute items. Its team is really professional with a smiling kindness. The employees are probably the best we have ever encountered.
