銀行などなくなり淋しいです。
唯一郵便局があり、 全体をリニューアル してるようです。
茨城に来て３５年竹園地区に住んだ時は賑わってました。

Is it a place called Takezono Higashi Study Center? It seems that only vending machines can be bought by children who go to cram schools because the bakeries have changed. It would be nice if there was a convenience store in the bank ruins, but will it collapse soon?

I cannot deny the feeling of obsolescence. If there is at least a supermarket. But I don't hate the current atmosphere. I also like the raw bread shop. If you make the parking lot free, one star will go up.

昔はセンターとして機能してたのでしょうね、、、。
早い時間行ったのでお店空いてるところはあんまりなかったか、、、。用事たして帰る頃は駐車場満車状態。
普通にコインパーキングで利用するのかな？
入り口、出口は結構タイトな道から距離がないので、少し注意ですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高級食パンの銀座「に志かわ」さんが出店されて、2021/1現在まもなく1年経過(2019/12出店)でしょうか、朝いちばんの列もほぼありません。
ショッピングセンター全体で改修工事が進められているようです。
駐車場は近隣の小中学校に用事がある親御さんが駐車場として活用していることがあります。
行事などがあると満車になる場合もあります。
テナントはだいぶ少なくなりました。
公文さんなどが残っています。
2021/2現在、建物外観の補修工事が入っており、全体的に足場が組まれました。
通常営業していますので、通常都変わらず利用できます。
