★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先生や看護師は感じが良く対応も良く好感が持てるが、受付事務の方の対応が悪く不快な思いをし残念。
インフルエンザの予防接種で受付の時に、問診票を渡されたて言われた部分を記入して提出したが、ここも記入して下さい、と後から言われた。最初の説明不足。自分より後の順番の人が何人か予防接種で呼ばれた為、受付の人に、後から来た人が先に呼ばれているが自分の順番はまだなのか？確認したところ、お詫びの言葉や順番がどうなってるか確認もせずに、診察は未だだとか問診票は出してるか？とか問診票はこちらで受け取ってない、とか言い出し話にならず。他の受付の人が確認をしたようで、その後やっと名前が呼ばれた。次呼ばれるとか、内容によって順番が前後するとか何も説明もなければお詫びもなく不審に思うばかり。システムが変わったばかり...と言い訳をしていたが、それはこちらには関係ない事。慣れない事に時間がかかるのは仕方がないが、対応はきちんとしていただきたい。他にも不快な事がいくつかありどっと疲れた。良い病院なので、改善をしていただきたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医師・看護師は普通に良いですが、受付の年な方の態度が悪い。これまでに3人受付の方をお見かけしましたが、40代？50代？くらいの方2人は、笑顔もなく、患者を馬鹿にした態度で、不親切でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日初めて行きましたが、受付？のおばさんが電話口で相手を怒鳴りつけているし、別のスタッフにはすごく高圧的に威張り散らしてるし、とても異常な空間でした。予約して来たのに熱出てる子供は診ないという意味不明な説明を受けて追い返されました。最初から最後まで頭が？？？でした。
