K	Koibuchi Takeshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ perhaps by far the best vegetable shops in Tsukuba city. the takeout foods are also better than average
J	Jared D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall was renovated a few years ago. There is now a large Tsutaya and coffee shop which is a nice place to read or have a cup of coffee etc.

Restaurant options are limited but there is freshner burger shop and they have really good burgers Huge parking lot and parking is free During there is a street toy train ride for kids Have some center stage for performances but have not seen any major audience for those performances
B	Ben Bullock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ironically enough before this was LaLa Garden, there was a garden centre called the Tsukuba Kaboku Senta here. Now it's a shopping centre with no garden in sight, just a car parks and some trimmed bushes. There are lots of handicraft shops here, for some reason, with a range of sewing goods, as well as a medium sized Daiso, a Kasumi store called Gran Plechef, a fairly large Uniqlo shop on the upper floor, and some restaurants like "Freshness Burger". There's a toy shop as well and the Tsutaya Club which used to be opposite Takezono House seems to have now moved here. There is a vegetable shop on the ground floor called (I think) Waku Waku Hiroba which is not too bad. Gran Plechef has its own bakery, which is not the Little Mermaid found in Kasumi. There is some kind of sale after five or six PM where they sell everything for 100 yen.
1	134 viadelserafico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are many kind of shops such as cafe, restaurant,book store ,supermarket and so on. The small play area in here. Parking space is quite big. here is convenience to sgop and have dining with family or friends. but there is not any railway station.
