月曜日に予約して行きましたが、人気店とあって満席。客層は40代~60代の家族連れやサラリーマングループといったところ。 料理は繊細で手の混んだもので、とてもレベルが高いです。 料理ごとに取皿を出してもらえるところも、こだわりが感じられます。 穴子の白焼なんかでも、皮がばりっとしていて、香ばしく、とても美味しいんです。 コース料理しか食べられないお店もある中、こちらのお店はアラカルト料理が頼めるところもポイント高いですね。 大切な人とゆっくり食事をしたい時にオススメのお店です。

とても評価の高い店だったので退店待ち予約までして期待して来たが、刺し盛りは美味しいが関西なら普通の水準、カニのとも和えも街の寿司屋のアテという感じ。困ったのが20時前だと言うのに魚介の焼き物を全て切らしている。運が悪いといえばそれまでだが、では何をメインで楽しめばいいのか?広島まできて宮崎牛や徳島の鶏が食べたいですか?困って板前さんにオススメを聞いたらアスパラの天ぷらかアサリの酒蒸しだと…仕方なくアスパラ食べましたが普通でした。皆さんにとっては良い店なのかもしれませんが、私にとってはとても残念でつまらないお店でした。二度と来ません。唯一、ホールの店員さんの接客姿勢はとても良かったです。

接客はとても良く、店主も気さくな方です。日本酒も広島のお酒を中心に揃えられています。今回、入口近くのカウンターに通されましたが、皿が山積みされていてちょっと圧迫感があるのと、フライヤーの油のニオイが漂ってきて、あまり食欲湧きませんでした。料理も刺身は美味しかったですが、他は普通でした。特に雲丹ほうれん草は何故合わせようと思ったのか謎ですが、さほど合う食材でもなく、ほうれん草のアクで歯がキシキシして、箸が完全に止まってしまいました。メニューもA4コピー紙を糊付けして巻き物風にされていますが、逆に見辛い様な気がします。

電話をしたら3人分テーブル席が空いてるとの奇跡的なお返事が。即予約して久々の訪問となりました。写真は前菜と穴子の薄造り、お造り盛り合わせです。あと大粒の牡蛎フライ、牡蠣グラタン、野菜たっぷりサラダ、蛸の柔らか煮を食べました。ここのお造りの魚は、とにかく最高に美味しい。そこいらの料亭、割烹より全然レベルが上です。広島で一番と言うより、自分の5人生で一番と言ってあげても良いかなと言うぐらい。魚は瀬戸内に来たら絶対に刺身で食べて欲しい、というか食べるべきる太刀魚、穴子、サワラ、寒ブリ、真鯛です。魚も最高レベルですが、その包丁捌きが素晴らしい。今回は真蛸が入っていましたが、大きな吸盤一つ分の1センチは有ろうかという分厚さで上半分には細かく包丁を十字で入れてあり、醤油も絡み歯ごたえも良く、かつ食べやすくしてありこれは最高に旨かった。前菜はアン肝とシャコで日本酒とベストマッチ、牡蛎フライは薄衣でサクサク、牡蛎フワフワジュワー。最大レベルの大粒で7個ぐらい入っていたので大変お得だと思います。3人で生ビール、日本酒の大とっくりを3本頼んで19000円台でした。広島で最高に美味しい魚を食べたい人に薦めます。メニューは食べログに写真が投稿されていたのでそちらの最新のもので事前確認して下さい。

広島の食材を頂けるハイレベルな居酒屋。 和食屋としても美味しいですし、亀齡など広島の地酒も充実しています。 お通しは生シャコと貝。最初から期待が高まります。 刺身盛合せは瀬戸内らしく白身中心でほどよく熟成されており、甘みと歯応えのバランスが素敵でした。 穴子の白焼き、太刀魚、岩牡蠣など、どれもよい素材を丁寧に調理されています。 4人で2万円ぐらいとそこそこしましたが、内容に十分見合った金額だと思います。
