い	いまいちりょうじ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このお店でしか食べられない食事が味わえると思いました。店主の方も気さくでいい人でした。日本酒の種類が豊富なのでメインで飲んでみても！タコの料理が得意らしく、お刺身美味しかったです。メニューも飲み物と食事がいろんなものがあり、飽きないと思います！芸能人のサインが何枚かありました。 I thought that I could enjoy a meal that can only be eaten at this shop. 陸	陸竜 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マンガのワカコ酒でも出てきた日本酒が飲める美味しいお店。広島旅行のときに訪問。日本酒飲めるお店で検索し来てみると「ワカコ酒」の文字が。ひとり酒好きな自分にとってはぴったり。金曜のオープンとともに入ったが、全て予約でいっぱい。19:00までなら大丈夫ですよということで、入店。カウンターとテーブル席があり、カウンターに。店主の方が気さくで、広島の日本酒や地元のものを色々教えてもらって楽しい時間を過ごしました。行く際は予約をオススメ。 A delicious shop where you can drink sake that was also found in the manga Wakakozake. 食	食ッパンマン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前からマークしていたお店でようやく伺う事ができた（まん防開け即予約）。こざっぱりとした店内で、気さくな店主が出迎えてくれる。この店の名物というタコの刺身が食べたくて伺った。　刺し盛りにもできると教えられたが、全霊を込めてタコを堪能したかったので単品でお願いした。そのタコは、生ともつかぬ、茹でているワケでもなく、低温調理されているような食感で、旨味はこれまで経験した事無いほど濃い。　切り方も独特で、食べやすいよう細かく刃を入れられている。その他何品か頂いたがどれも程よく繊細な造りで美味しく酒が飲めた。焼酎の品揃えもなかなかなのが嬉しい。 I was finally able to visit the shop that I had marked before (reservation immediately after opening the door). The cutting method is also unique, and the blade is finely inserted so that it is easy to eat. I received several other items, but all of them were reasonably delicate and I was able to drink deliciously. I am glad that the assortment of shochu is quite good.
