店主さんも気さくで、煮干しだしのちょうど良いスープと麺の感じが気に入りました！焼きそばも美味しい！なんか後を引く味でした！
I went here from Akita to Hirosaki to see some small Chinese soba restaurants on the roadside and enter somewhere!

お店の雰囲気はラーメン屋って感じでは無いです。駐車場は隣にありました。

昆布 煮干し 鶏ガラだろうか？
スープがめちゃ美味い。
少し塩分が多いが薄く濁った
スープに細いちぢれ麺が絡み
あっと言う間に完食しました。
スープの旨味に若干麺が負け
てる気もするが… それにしても
良い味でした。
穴場的な店で優しいそうな親父
が一人で切り盛りしています。
因みに支那そば(500円)も美味い。
大盛りはプラス100円ですが麺の
量は1.5倍と2倍が選べるらしい。
