Delicious food! Small English menu available. Staff helped me order on the machine. Food looked great and was delicious. I had their speciality dish.

Rich seafood broth tsukemen, ordered by machine and served in a charming shop. English menu and staff help for finding the right buttons on the machine are available, and the Japanese menu has clear pictures if you are comfortable ordering from them.

A classic building in Hirosaki area to enjoy apple pies

This place has really good tsukemen. The niboshi soup is very tasty, and they have three different types of broth (chicken, prawn and kombu) to water it down to become soup when you are done with your noodles. I recommend getting the special with the egg!

I was intrigued by this place as I drove past it 2x on my way to Hirosaki Castle. Following viewing the cherry blossoms in the cold and rain, we decided to check it out and to warm up. Its located in a charming older building and the eclectic interior, well, works very well to provide a unique atomsphere for eating tsukemen. Its very popular and wait times can be long (we heard) - but we were lucky enough to go a bit later in the lunch time (around 130pm) and service time was fine. However, I can see how the care taken by the cooks to prepare the meals might frustrate those who are eagerly waiting to eat. The tsukemen - I had the chicken base - was excellent. The thicker than usual noodles (which do take longer than usual to boil) are perfect for tsukemen and were done perfectly. You can order them hot or cold - i went with hot. The chicken base broth (with elements of fish, as the shops' name suggests) was very tasty. Highly recommended

I had never tried Japanese dipping noodles before I ran across this place. The food and the service quality are good. It's become one of my favorite restaurants in Hirosaki.

The Ramen taste #1 (seafood tsukemen), so curry rice??. Small restaurant with a lot of customer. Friendly staff with a minimum English menu. Nice ?

Very good niboshi tsukemen. Strong fish taste but not overpowering. Noodles have a good texture - I preferred cold noodles over warm ones since they stick together less. Good toppings - onions are an excellent pairing.
