★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての千成ラーメンの訪問です。行こうと思ったラーメン屋が、臨時休業とか定休日だったので、入ってしまいました。
かなり前から店の存在は知っていましたが、まったく噂や評判を聞いた事が無かったのでノーマークでした。
来店したのが、丁度昼時だったのですが駐車場には車が1台だけ止まってました。一か八か入ってみたら、客が一人もいなかったばかりか、店の人もいませんでした。
嫌な予感がして店を出ようかと思ったら、二階から店主が降りてきました。
メニューを見たら、一番安いラーメンで450円です。
味噌ラーメンを注文しました。できるまで20分以上かかったと思います。
味が美味いか不味いかの前に、違う意味で不安でした。
久しぶりにビビりました。
飲食店を続けていて、良いのか疑問に思います?
 This is my first visit to Sensei Ramen. The ramen shop I wanted to go with was a temporary holiday or a regular holiday, so I entered.
Although I knew the existence of the shop for a long time, it was no mark because I had never heard any rumors or reputation.
I came to the store just at noon, but there was only one car in the parking lot. When I entered it one or eight times, there was not only one customer, but also no one in the store.
The shopkeeper came down from the second floor when I felt a bad feeling that I would leave the store.
If you look at the menu, it is 450 yen for the cheapest ramen.
I ordered miso ramen. I think it took over 20 minutes to do it.
It was uneasy in a different sense before the taste was delicious or not good.
I was bored after a long time.
I continue the restaurant, I wonder if it is good ?

騙されたと思って一度食してみることをお勧めします。
これぞ青森のソウルフード！
As you can see from the other posted photos, it does not look good as a flattery, but it has such addictiveness that you will want to eat it again once you eat it.

味はトッピングが多くでき、気軽に自分なりの好みの味ができます。
ぜひおすすめです。
The shop owner and the wife (?) Of the hall were both nice and polite.
You can enjoy a lot of toppings, and feel free to taste your own taste.
I highly recommend it.

見た店の感じは…入って店主を見て…味噌ラーメン押しだったので無難に味噌を注文、出てくるまで20以上かかったかな…
今まで自分的に「サッポロ一番味噌ラーメン」を越える味噌ラーメンにあまり出会った事がないのですが千成さんの味噌ラーメンは「サッポロ一番味噌ラーメン」をちょい越えたかな…美味しいかったです。
でも出てきたラーメンは見た目にちょっとグロい…盛り付けもうチョイなんとかなりまへんか。

トッピングでニンニクチップ?多めにお願いしても沢山持って来てくれます❤︎
自分好みの味に出かかるので好きです。
後は店員さんなど活気があれば良いと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌ラーメンかチャーシュー麺しかなくメニューもなかったです。
麺は中太ちぢれ麺。スープも味濃いめです。
ゴマたっぷりなので運ばれてくるとゴマの香りが結構します。もやしの下にメンマとチャーシューが埋まってます。
味噌ラーメン550円だと思うとまあまあ。
女性1人では店の雰囲気を考えると行きにくい店だと思います。
