センター北南あたりのスペシャルを目指した最近流行りのお店も多いが，甘さを控えた昭和の優しい味がするこのお店が大好きです．基本を押さえた美味しいケーキ！定期的に食べたくなる．

There are many shops that are popular these days aiming for specials around the center north-south, but I love the shops that have the gentle taste of Showa with less sweetness. A delicious cake that holds the basics! I want to eat it regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味と価格のバランスだけで単純に評価すると、愛想の良い店員さんで無ければ星は1つです。健気に頑張られてる姿を見て無慈悲に評価をつけるのは止めさせて頂きますが、肝心のケーキは素人さんが趣味でされているの？と突っ込みたくなるようなコンセプトと形と味と作り込みです。もうこれ以上の実力・ケーキの進化を求められないのであれば私の再訪はないと思います。頼んだ全てのケーキが、同じスポンジに主役のクリームがちょっと違い、既成の脇役がちょこんと添えられているだけというのはケーキ屋を営まれているには少々寂しい気がします。近くの小洒落たケーキ屋さんを目指さなくても、田舎の味のいい実力のケーキ屋さん、を目指して頂きたいと思います。
If you simply evaluate the balance between taste and price, you will get one star unless you are a friendly clerk. I will stop ruthlessly evaluating you when you see how you are doing your best, but is the essential cake an amateur's hobby? It is a concept, shape, taste and creation that makes you want to dig in. I don't think I'll come back if I can't ask for more ability and cake evolution. It feels a little lonely to run a cake shop that all the cakes I ordered have the same sponge with a slightly different cream as the main character and a small amount of ready-made supporting characters. Even if you don't aim for a stylish cake shop nearby, I would like you to aim for a cake shop with good taste and ability in the countryside.

なんか街のケーキ屋さんって感じがして好きです。イートインも4席×4テーブルくらいあります。
お店に入ったら店員さんがすぐ前に出てきてくれて選び終わるのを待っててくれて丁寧で良きです。

I like the cake shop in town. There are about 4 seats x 4 tables for eat-in.
When you enter the store, the clerk comes out right in front of you and waits for you to finish your selection.

独自の道を信じて疑わない感じがします。
凝った作りや過度なデコレーションはなく
ごく普通のケーキがあります。
どんな味かを問わなくても、見た目そのまま
なので裏切られることがなく安心できます。
お店の方はもう何年(何十年？)も同じ方で
(見た目もほぼ変わらない)、ホッとします。
つい余計に買ってしまうけど、しつこくない
程よい甘さなのでお腹の負担にもならないと
信じて食べています。
