★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スポンジケーキと生クリームの出来栄の２点で、いつもそれぞれのお店のレベルを、私は勝手にランク付けさせて頂いています。ロールケーキや誕生日ケーキを此処で注文しての感想です。スポンジケーキはフワフワと言うよりもしっかりしていて、やや重量感も有りますが、卵黄や素材の風味が味わえて私好みです。生クリームは専門店としては標準的レベルと思います。悪くは無いです。ロールケーキの生クリームの量は堂島ロール等人気のロールケーキ屋に比べるとやや少ないと思います。

決して派手さはないけれど、とてもリーズナブルなのに、キチンと美味しいお菓子を提供してくれます。とくにシュークリームは美味しいです。クッキーも美味しい。素材がいいんでしょうね。生クリームも、充分納得できるレベルです。素朴で美味しいんです。ご夫婦でされているのだと思います。こういう店がどんどん少なくなっていますよね。どうか、これからも続けて欲しいお店です。

なのにリーズナブル！街の小さなケーキ屋さん、応援したくなるお店です。
ちなみに、家族の1番人気は、チョコのケーキ。あとはフルーツの沢山入ったものや、ミルフィーユもよく買います。
