★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ACアダプターの接続部分がカバンから取り出した時に中折れしてしまい、パソコンの中に部品が残ったまま取り出せず、充電が出来なくなりこちらにご連絡しました。最初の電話で出た女性の方に症状を伝えると「実際に見てみないと分からない、お預かりになる可能性もある、検査料で必ず2200円かかる」旨頂きまして、ネットで調べるとそこまで大規模な作業でもなさそうな感じでしたので、できれば即日で直して欲しかったので一旦予約しましたが、他店に持ち込む旨伝えてキャンセルしました。
すると10分後くらいに男性の方から再度連絡頂き、パソコンの機種を聞かれ「過去に事例もありますので4500円くらいで対応できます・替えのアダプターもあります」との事で、元々予約していた時間に持ち込みました。
残っていたアダプター部品は店内の熱帯魚を眺めている間に直ぐに取れ、替えのアダプターでの充電も確認でき、1日ががりになるかと思ったら10分ほどで解決頂きました。作業費が4000円、替えアダプターが3000円ちょっとで税込8250円でした。
純正のNECのアダプターだと9800円ぐらいしていたので、Lenovoの純正タイプでも代用可能との事（NECが買収されてパソコンの中身はそのままLenovoらしい）伺い、勉強になりましたし安く済んで良かったです。
最初の女性とのやりとりがあまりよろしくなかったので星-1ですが、大満足です！
エクセルがフリーズしたり動作が重い時がたまにあるのでチラッと相談すると、SSD高速化パックのチラシを頂けました。
予算ができ次第検討しようと思います！
地元住まいでしたが、20年以上お店を構えていらっしゃるPCクリニックさんの続く理由がよく分かりました。

 When I took out the AC adapter connection part from the bag, it broke in the middle, and I couldn't take it out with some parts left in the computer, so I couldn't charge it and contacted us. When I told the symptom to the woman who answered the first phone call, she said, "I don't know until I actually see it, there is a possibility that I will keep it, and it will definitely cost 2200 yen for the inspection fee." I didn't think it would be such a large-scale work, so I made a reservation once because I wanted it to be fixed on the same day if possible, but I told him that I would bring it to another store and canceled it.
Then, about 10 minutes later, a man contacted me again and asked me about the model of the computer, "There are cases in the past, so I can handle it for about 4500 yen. There is also a replacement adapter," so I originally made a reservation. I brought it in at the same time.
The remaining adapter parts could be removed immediately while looking at the tropical fish in the store, and charging with a replacement adapter could be confirmed. The work cost was 4000 yen, the replacement adapter was just 3000 yen, and it was 8250 yen including tax.
It cost about 9800 yen for a genuine NEC adapter, so I heard that a genuine Lenovo type can be used as a substitute (NEC was acquired and the contents of the computer are just like Lenovo). It was good.
I didn't really like the interaction with the first woman, so it's a star-1, but I'm very happy!
There are times when Excel freezes or the movement is heavy, so when I consulted with him, I got a leaflet for the SSD acceleration pack.
I will consider it as soon as I have a budget!
I lived in a local area, but I could understand the reason why the PC Clinic, which has been operating a store for over 20 years, continues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長年使用していたパソコンのHDDが故障し手放す前に物理的に破壊しようと思いこちらでお世話になりました。分解状況をモニターで見ることができるうえ、最終的なHDD の破壊は専用の機械で目の前で実行してもらえます。入店してから10分もかからない位迅速な対応でした。店舗のすぐ裏に駐車場もあるので、PCなどの持ち込みで車を使用したい場合も問題無さそうです。費用は840円。不要パソコンの引き取りは無料だったり、HDDの破壊ももっと安い店もあるかとは思いますが、自宅からそれほど遠くなかったこと、不要パソコンを部屋から無くせたこと、スピードなどトータルで考えたら結果オーライという感想です。

But I gave a try with PC Clinic and explained my problem. Got fixed it within in 2 weeks without replacing my motherrboard. Much appreciated and recommended.
