尾道ラーメンの名称より、中華そばの名称が似合うラーメンです。
あっさりした醤油のスープで麺との相性も良いと思いました。ラーメンの具材はチャーシュー、メンマ、ネギ、味玉に背脂。背脂の量は極少ですのでスープはあっさりしてます。また食べたいと思える味でした。
It is a small noodle shop next to the pachinko parlor. I received Chinese noodles (550 yen).
From the name of Onomichi ramen, the name of Chinese soba is famous for ramen.
I thought that compatibility with noodles was also good with soy sauce soup. The ingredients of ramen are barley, menma, green onions, tasty balls. Since the amount of backfat is extremely small, the soup is crispy. It was a taste that I wanted to eat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前から来てみたかった、つばめさんを訪問です。超小ぢんまりした店内はカウンター席のみのお店です。ピュアな尾道ラーメンが美味しいと調べたお店ですが、台湾ラーメンがあるとのことで迷わずお願いします。麺は縮れの中細で、かんすい多めの色合いです。もやしにニラが沢山入りメンマと半玉子も乗っかっていて具沢山です。チャーシューは肩ロースのような薄切りが真ん中に乗っかっていて巷の台湾ラーメンとは少し異なります。スープ飲むと岡山、福山方面にある味付けと名古屋の味仙（みせん）が合体した味わいで、なかなか美味しくお腹が満たされます(^^)。次は本命の尾道ラーメンを食べたいと思いますっ！
This is a visit to Tsubame-san who I wanted to come from before. The very small shop has only counter seats. It is a store that we have found that pure Onomichi ramen is delicious, but please do not hesitate to hear that there is Taiwan ramen. The noodles are curly and thin, with a lighter shade. A lot of leek is sprinkled with menma and half eggs. The char siu is a little different from the Taiwanese ramen with a thin slice like shoulder loin in the middle. When you drink soup, the taste of Okayama, Fukuyama, and Nagoya's miso are combined to make your stomach full (^^). Next time I would like to eat my favorite Onomichi ramen!

ほんのりと八角ぽい風味が口に残る。
セットの半チャーハンは、薄味でボリュームがある。
台湾ラーメンは巷のとは異なり、山椒の効いた面白い味。
Chinese soba is not Onomichi ramen, but light and sweet.
A slight octagonal flavor remains in the mouth.
The half fried rice in the set is light and voluminous.
Unlike the streets, Taiwan ramen has an interesting taste with Japanese pepper.

他のレビューの方が尾道ラーメン…言われてますが、違いますよ。ここのは昔懐かしい中華そばです。
Today, I came to Tsubame Ramen, which I always wanted to visit.
Other reviews say Onomichi ramen ... but it's not. This is a nostalgic Chinese soba noodle.

ハンチャンセット頂きました。
ラーメンとは違い昔なつかし中華そばでした。
この中華そば、麺の食感あっさりしたスープとの絡み合いなんとも言えない美味しさでした。
またこのチャーハンも素晴らしい味でした。旨し。
老夫婦でされてるお店で、お客さんとの対応もいいし、落ち着いて食事が出来るお店でした。
体には、気をつけて頂きこの味をいつまでも守って頂きたいものです。
ごちそうさまでした。
