y	yosi obata on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 静かで落ち着きます❗ 公園的な感じですが史跡なので雰囲気はあります。公衆トイレ的なトイレがあります、少し恐々使ったのですが清潔にしてありました、毎日清掃してるみたいな感じでした。駐車場はありますが3～4台しか駐車できません❗ 道は狭く一部一方通行になっています、神社の脇の遊歩道的な道を少し行くと歴史博物館の裏手に行けます。 Quiet and calm ❗ It feels like a park, but it is a historic site, so it has an atmosphere. 関	関清志 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年8月24日に見学しました。神亀元年724年に大野東人が、陸奥国の国府として多賀城を創建したとされています。多賀城と時期を同じくして、この寺院も完成したと思われます。陸前山王駅近くの山王遺跡から「観音寺」と書かれた土器が発見されました。そのことから、多賀城廃寺の寺名は、観音寺だったのではないかと考えられています。寺院の伽藍配置は、太宰府の観世音寺と瓜二つです。 We visited on August 24, 2021. N	NAKA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段から人が少なくて静か。心が穏やかになれます。数日ぶりに見てみると、木が折れていました。観光や散歩等で人がいたら…と考えると恐ろしい。周辺の木も調べて安全を確認して欲しいです。後日、木が伐採されてきれいに片付いていました！ There are usually few people and it is quiet.
