A	A A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近落ちたな…と感じる。昨年末ごろに購入した白鷺宝が雑な作りに。これまで、まん丸の白鷺宝しか見たことがなかったが、箱に入っているものすべて半球まではいかないが下部の焼き目の面積の多い潰れた球型でした。もう一箱購入して人に差し上げたのですが、あちらもこんなんだったんだろうか？和菓子は、味はもちろん見た目も大事なので残念。そして本店の接客は、前からなかなかにひどい。来店した客よりなにがしかの作業に没頭、多くない客の来た順を平気で間違える、釣りの渡し忘れ（されたことあり、他の客がされてるのを見たこともある）サービス品の入れ忘れ…接客は、伊勢丹の方が気持ちが良い。混んでいる時期も手際よく気の利く販売員さんばかりの印象。自宅用には利用する気がなくなったが、頼まれたら伊勢丹を利用するかな。少し駅から歩く＆混んでるけれど。 I feel like I've fallen recently.
