★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飛び石で問い合わせました。電話では、事務のスタッフの方が、当日の修理は難しいということでしたが、簡単な応急措置ならできるということを説明してくれ、伺いました。タイミングよく社長が戻って来られて、その日のうちに５０分ほどで修理が終わりました。説明も、電話での対応も丁寧でしたし当日修理できて助かりました。普段は予約してからの早くて翌日の修理とかになるそうです。ありがとうございました。
I inquired by stepping stones. On the phone, the clerical staff explained that repairs on the day were difficult, but simple first aid measures could be taken. The president came back at the right time, and the repair was completed in about 50 minutes that day. The explanation and the telephone response were polite, and it was helpful to be able to repair it on the day. Usually, it will be repaired the next day at the earliest after making a reservation. 通常11万位の所が7万位で済みました。（ワンボックス）
しかもサービスで洗車までして頂きすごく綺麗になって大満足です。
何が良いってここは受付の方から作業されてる方まで全ての人が接客が素晴らしく、まるでディーラーと同じくらい又はそれ以上に優しくて親切で丁寧な為、本当は値段・対応・品質含めて星10個にしたいくらいです笑
本当にありがとうございました。
次回また割れたら絶対にここを利用します。
