最初にお世話になったのはフロントバンパーを擦ってしまった事から始まりました。ディーラーに見積もりを取ってもらったらバンパー事交換と言われて4万円という事でした。そこで知り合いのフェイブックを見て、フリーダムを知り相談しました。そしたらフリーダムの社長は「ここは雨とかで汚れたら全然気付かないところだし、気づかないで擦ってしまったという事はまた、擦ってしまう可能性があるからタッチアップペンで十分だよ！」といってお任せすることにしました。そしたら単なるタッチアップペンでも細かく丁寧に作業して下さり、本当にわからないような仕上がりにして下さいました。結果、5千円ほどで済みました。それから社長の技術の高さと人間味に信頼をおき、ガラスコーティングを自分の車と妻の車もお願いしました。コーティングはそこらの安いコーティングに比べると全く違い、ピカイチだと思います！よく、言われるのが汚れていても「いつもピカピカしてますねー！」と言われます。
コーティングだけでなく、あらゆる事に対して社長は丁寧に、そして愛情を持って施行してくれるので信頼のおける磨き屋さんです。

旧車や曲面の多い車両を不得手とする磨き屋さんも少なからずおられる中で、大宮さんは快く引き受けてくださいます。モーターショー出展車両の研磨も任される方である事からも、技術の高さが伺えるかと思います。
特に、貰い事故の際には、大切な愛車をまっすぐフリーダムさんへ入庫させていただけたことで、かなり安心しました。某高級車ディーラーでも、無断で洗車機に入れる対応をされた事があるので…。代車も貸していただき、車が元どおり以上になって戻りました。その後、乗り換えることとなりましたが、車両下取り価格査定には、かなり嬉しい驚きでした。

車の事で色々相談にのってもらいました。
今回は新車を購入したのでガラスコーティングを施工してもらいました。値段以上の仕上がりをして頂いてとても満足しています。
もしぶつけたり、また飛び石の被害があったら富山から相談に行くかも知れません(笑)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前は大変お世話になりました。何件ものディーラーさんに断られた「室内の全クリーニング」で途方に暮れていた時にHPを拝見し、お電話一本での問い合わせに対して「あっ、以前にやった時あるので大丈夫ですよ。」の即回答。家も近くだったのですぐに飛んで行きました。車を見せると「思っていたより酷くないので問題ありません。」一体、数件のディーラーさんの「無理です。」との回答は何だったのか？？その話しを大宮社長に話したら「ディーラーさんはそんなもんでしょう。」と、あっさりした返事。その数回の会話で信頼における会社だと確信して依頼しました。見積もりの際も価格重視か、仕上がり重視か、また、その中間か？と、聞いた事の無い様な希望を聞いていただきビックリしました。どの車屋さんに限らず商売熱心すぎて一方的な言値を言ってくる会社が殆どの現在社会で、一見の客に親身になって見積もり、作業前の打ち合わせ、また、作業と本当にお世話になりました。本当の意味の「プロ」にお会いして感激でした。他のお客様と同じ様にまたお世話になる時には一番にご相談させて頂きますので、その際は宜しくお願いします。有難う御座いました。
