s	ster Saint- on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前祖母が利用していた施設ですが、星一つ付けることすらしたくないです。職員から電気を消した部屋に取り残される、食事を早く食べろと急かされる、挙句の果てにはベットに移乗させる際に放り投げる様に移乗させ、両足骨折の怪我を負わされました本人が痛みを訴え、病院での診察を希望すると「担当者がいない」の1点張りで、退所してから入院しました。後日骨折の件を伝えると、「その日に勤務していた者と連絡が取れない」と勤務者の管理すら出来ていない上層部からの電話を頂きました。現在は施設長が新しい方になっており、この件について教えて欲しいと会社内の情報共有すら出来ていない体たらくを連絡して頂きました。おかげさまで祖母は亡くなりました。私はこの施設を一生許しません。 It is a facility that my grandmother used before, but I don't want to even add a star. H	HD on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 父が入っていましたが、感謝はできません。誤嚥性肺炎の症状が出ていたのに気づかない。体重が大きく減ってるのに「何ででしょうね？（刻み食を）5分の3くらい食べてますよ。」としか答えない。脱水症状が出ていたのに家族に知らせない。面会に行ったら食べこぼしで汚れた服のまま連れてこられた。どんどん痩せ細っていく姿に危機感を覚えて施設を移動しました。移動先であまりに状態が悪いので、移動先の施設が病院に連れて行ってくれたのですが、重症の誤嚥性肺炎と脱水でICUに入院しました。その病院の先生には「食事を食べられていた人ではない。ペーストにしてようやく食べられる状態は長く続いていたと思われる。」と言われました。このような事実を指摘しても認めない。言い訳ばかり。状態が悪くなったら連絡くらい欲しい。気づくこともできない、もしくは気づこうとしない。絶対お勧めしない。 I had a father, but I can't thank him.
