山形市内の鳥中華とは、別物なんですね、

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 器がすり鉢なのに驚きました。量は普通位だと思います。味噌・醤油・塩味が有ります。優しい味噌味でした。
I was surprised that the bowl was a mortar. I think the amount is normal. There are miso, soy sauce, and salty flavors. It was a gentle miso taste.

タイミングが良かったみたいで待たずに着席出来ました。
味噌チャーシューを注文し食しました。中太麺のストレート麺かな？
すり鉢に入って来て皆さんも言われている通りボリューム感がありました。スープも自分好みでチャーシューもちょうどいい硬さで食べやすかったですね。
夫婦2人でやっているのかな？
その割りには待ち時間も少ないので良かったと思います。接客も良かったですね。
メニューも多く大変だと思いますがこれからも頑張って下さい。

I think it was good because the waiting time was short for that. The customer service was also good.
I think that there are many menus and it is difficult, but please continue to do your best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ メニューが多い印象、ほぼ座敷でグループで訪れるのに重宝しそうです。座布団は年季入ってます。昔ながらのラーメン。昔ながらのお味。お値段も昭和。全て想定通りの満足感。

細縮れ麺にコッテリ合わせ味噌、特大レンゲが嬉しい
