T	Taka M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この辺で吾平餅と言えば大判形ではなくこの形が一般的?、味噌は胡桃と山椒が入っていて、濃くもなく、辛くもなく、甘しょっぱい感じです。ほとんどの客がお持ち帰り客なので、事前予約です。お店の中で食べるのは期待しないで下さい。中央リニア構想に引っ掛かるので、もしかしたら近いうち閉店するかも知れません。 Speaking of Gohei mochi on this side, this is not a large-sized shape but this shape is common. Miso contains walnuts and pepper and is not dark, spicy, or sweet and sour. Most customers are take-away customers, so make a reservation in advance. Do not expect to eat in the shop. I'm caught up with the central linear concept, so maybe it will close soon.

K	Kayoko Matsuno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地元の人に聞いてお店を訪ねました。胡桃味噌の五平餅です。1本120円の10本からの販売です。友達と５本づつシェアして食べました。胡桃味噌の味は優しく、お米をつぶし粒感のある眼鏡型の五平餅、2ｰ3本は食べられちゃいます(笑) 私は今まで食べた中では１番美味しかったです。気さくなおば様が焼いてくれました。とても親切な方でした。 I asked the locals and visited the store. 三	三途の川のサトシ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの五幣餅、最高です。あくまでも個人的な感想である事を前提にですが、おばちゃんは話しやすくて初めて行ってもまるで常連みたいに接してくれますが予め電話予約して行った方が良いかと思います。五幣餅は丸い形の“半殺し”が二つが一本で10本からの販売になります。味噌は甘辛く、でもコクがあって残らず食べてしまいたい美味しさです。かつてこの地方の五幣餅の味噌は胡麻や胡桃、山椒をその家独自のレシピで加減して作っていました。昔はあちこちの家で作ったものでしたが今では自家製五幣餅を作る家は殆ど無いかと思います。自身の実家でも昔は何かあると父親が中心となって作っていましたが他界してからは作らなくなってしまいました。母親が元気なうちに実家の味噌のレシピを受け継いで作りたいと思います。 Gohei mochi here is the best. It used to be made in many houses, but nowadays, I think there are few houses that make homemade Gohei mochi. In the old days, my father played a central role in making something in my parents' house, but after I passed away, I stopped making it. While my mother is fine, I would like to inherit the recipe for miso from my parents' home.
