★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 例年よりかなり早く桜が散り始めた2021年4月初旬の日曜日にランチで訪問しました。駐車場は店の並びと国道の反対側にあります。店の横の駐車場はスロープ状になっています。
入口は国道に面していますが、入口の逆側は天竜川に向かって大きく落ちこむ崖です。河岸段丘のひとつなのでしょう。
入口で靴を脱いで上がります。体温チェックを受けて、手の消毒を済ませて席につきます。客席は3ゾーンに分かれていて、天竜川を見下ろすテーブル席、そのテーブル席越しに南アルプス方面を眺められる座敷、さらに国道側にテーブル席があります。
今回は天竜川を見下ろすテーブル席を選びました。このゾーンにはテーブル席が3卓ありますが、他の席が埋まったときにはロールスクリーンで仕切っていただきます。
同行の家族はヒレカツ、私は網焼きをいただきます。定食はどれも1000円以上です。ご飯の量を選べます。味付けは私にはやや濃い目でしたが、家族には好評でした。
この時期は生しいたけを使ったメニューもあるようで、店内に掲示されていました。
天竜川の対岸に見える水力発電所は長野県小渋第二発電所です。山の上から発電所まで導水管が見えます。水は小渋湖から4.4kmのトンネル経由で引いているとのことです。
天竜川にかかる赤い橋が見えますが、老朽化のため新設工事が少し下流で始まっています。

The audience seats are divided into three zones, including table seats overlooking the Tenryu River, tatami mats overlooking the Southern Alps, and table seats on the national highway side.
This time I chose a table seat overlooking the Tenryu River. There are 3 table seats in this zone, but when the other seats are full, you will be separated by a roll screen.
My family will be hire cutlet, and I will have grilled fish. All set meals are over 1000 yen. You can choose the amount of rice. The seasoning was a little dark to me, but it was well received by my family.
There seems to be a menu using raw shiitake mushrooms at this time, and it was posted in the store.
The hydroelectric power plant on the opposite bank of the Tenryu River is Nagano Prefecture Koshibu No. 2 Power Plant. You can see the water pipe from the top of the mountain to the power plant. It is said that the water is drawn from Lake Koshibu via a tunnel of 4.4km.
You can see the red bridge over the Tenryu River, but due to aging, new construction work has begun a little downstream.
