★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for dinner with family... A very authentic Japanese restaurant, with many locals here. The food was good but service was slow. The server doesn't speak English well so she misunderstood on one of our orders and kept us waiting.. the food was good.

Food is really good and tastes like homemade.
Sushi and sashimi option but also many traditional japanese dishes such as salads and veggies.
We came 2 nights during our stay in Kyoto.

We were the only customers in the restaurant and all the attention was for us.
The sashimi were super tasty and delicate. I really recommend them
The sweet potatoe in the Kyoto styles dishes were super good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superlative food in a friendly, relaxed environment. My best meal in Kyoto. Service is friendly and efficient. They also have an English menu. Food is amazing. I can't sing it's praises enough. Everything was fantastic and also prepared with speed.
A must visit if your in the area.
