今日は高針の「遊登里庵」さんにお邪魔しました。古民家を再生したと思われる建屋は、見過ごして通り過ぎてしまいそうです。駐車場は店舗の裏側に砂利で8台分?ありますが、頭から入って満車だと辛いものがありますなw まぁ私の車でも停めれたんですからw もちっと裏口付近を片づけてくれると切り返し易いかな? さて、板塀から紅い幟が翻っています「手打ちそば」これが営業中の証だそーです。入り口には柿渋色の暖簾と石臼が迎えてくれます。コロナ対策の看板もありますね。入ってすぐテーブル席が並び、奥に座敷席3卓ありますが、独りと告げると厨房すぐ脇のカウンターに誘われました。窓に向かって座るんですが、この摺りガラスと木のサッシはかなり古そうね。これ割っちゃったら同じ柄が手に入らないだろうなぁ。席につくとおしぼりと湯呑が出て来ます。お茶じゃ無くて蕎麦湯ですね!面白いなぁ。 さて何にしましょうか。天ぷらにも惹かれましたが最近脂っこい物ばかり喰ってるからなー ご飯ものが無いんですね。んじゃ「つけとろ(@1100)の大盛り(+¥440)」下さい。山葵の追加とか汁の追加にも値段が付いてるんですねぇ。 店内は照明があるものの薄暗いのはやっぱイメージ作りのためでしょうな。黒光りする梁は天井まで吹き抜けで、古民家にありがちな閉塞感もありません。BGMも無く、皆さん静かに待っておられますね。席はあるんですが、向かい合わせにならないように配慮して距離を保った案内をされてます。天ざるとさくらが注文多いですねぇ。 揚げ物も無いのに結構かかりますな。提供されたのはオーダーから16分過ぎ。それでも山盛りの蕎麦を見るとテンションが上がります。麺はばらつきあり中細、若干の縮れがあります。手打ちらしいしっかりとしたコシと弾力が有ります。蕎麦つゆが面白いですね。中部圏にありがちな甘い汁でなく、かといって関東のような尖った辛さも無い。しっかり出汁が効いてて甘みも辛味も十分に味わえます。美味しいなぁ。これボトルで売って欲しいかも。多分日持ちしないんだろうな(・ε・`) とろろは出汁で割っていない、粘り気の強いタイプ。蕎麦つゆに入れると一気にマイルドで喉ごしが良くなります。 食後に蕎麦湯が出て来ますが、最初の湯呑で頂いたのと同じなのかな、あっさりとしたタイプ 香りが良いですよ。 ご馳走様でした。私の好みの蕎麦でした。 ただ店内が古民家にありがちな底冷えがするので、温かい蕎麦にすべきだったとw あと山葵が少な過ぎ。本山葵1本とは言わないけれど、山葵の追加でお金取るなら最初はもちっと多くても。

I was also attracted to tempura, but recently I've been eating only greasy foods-I don't have any rice. Then, please give me a large serving of Tsukitoro (@ 1100) (+ ¥ 440). There is a price for adding wasabi and soup. The inside of the store is illuminated, but the dimness is probably to create an image. 隠れ屋的な蕎麦屋さん? ずっと行きたいなと思っていたお蕎麦屋さん。 1回目は、ラストオーダーの時間ギリギリに伺ったところもう売り切れてしまったとのこと、、 2回目は、臨時休業、、 3回目も、臨時休業、、 4回目のリベンジでやっと食べることができました。 わたしの場合、タイミングが凄まじく悪かったのかもしれませんが伺う際は、お電話で営業してることを確認することをオススメします。 駐車場は、お店の裏にあり、 6台ぐらい停めることができます。 民家の中にあるので、通り過ぎに注意です⚠️ 店内は、とてもキレイでレトロな感じで雰囲気はいいです✨✨ お昼に伺いました。 天ざるの1740円のものを注文しました。 お蕎麦の香りがよく、つゆとの絡みもよいです。 天ぷらも、サクサクです? 気になった方は、是非!!

ヘルシーなお蕎麦を? 名東区の手打ち蕎麦遊登里庵さん?外観、店内古民家風で素敵?でも造りが悪いのかお客さん来た事わからないみたいでいらっしゃいませも後からって感じ?最初に出てくるのが蕎麦湯と蕎麦茶?1つづつ?次にお茶頼んだら緑茶が? お蕎麦は太めで香り少なめで蕎麦つゆ濃いめ、蕎麦湯はサラサラでした? 天ぷらとザル注文。天ぷらおいしかったなぁー???

家の近くの蕎麦屋さん。 名古屋ではお蕎麦さんがあまりないので貴重な存在です。食べるならざるそばがおすすめですが、鴨南蛮等暖かい蕎麦も豊富ですよ!

ランチに伺いました。+α払って、おそばはさくらに。(合計2100円くらい)普通で1500円くらいかな。お野菜も沢山とれて良かったです。煮物等は味付け良かったです。 さくらは少し味が濃かったな。しかし人気のようで周りの人もさくらを頼んでる方が多かったです。 次回は普通にざるが食べてみたいです。 そば湯は薄い。もう少しどろっとしたものが好みです。 店内は狭め。なのでお昼は早めにいかないと、席が空いていないかも。

店内は風情あふれる落ち着いた雰囲気。

平日限定の日替わりランチも魅力的でしたが
天ざるを蕎麦大盛りで注文です。

◆蕎麦大盛り(440円)

香りも良くコシがあってみずみずしい蕎麦は
辛めのつけ汁をちょんとつけながら食べると
めっちゃ美味しいです!!!

天ぷらも素材の旨味がしっかりと感じられて
シンプルに塩で食べるのが美味しいですね。
蕎麦大盛りでボリュームも満足できました。

帰りの際は女将さんが外まで出てきてくれて
丁寧に見送りしてくれる接客に感激ですが…
後でホームページを見ると、まさかこの日が
閉店なのを知ってびっくりしました。

あの見送りは最後の感謝の気持ちなんですね。
2022年1月25日(火)を持って閉店となります。

On my way home, I was impressed by the customer service that the proprietress came out to see me politely, but when I looked at the homepage later, I was surprised to find that this day was closed. That seeing off is the last feeling of gratitude. The store will be closed on January 25, 2022 (Tuesday).
