★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんは明るくフランクな感じの方が多いです。担当していただいた○崎さんはとても説明が丁寧で、気配りのできる方でした。東京では他の不動産屋にも何軒か足を運びましたが、ここがもっともお店の雰囲気が良いと感じました。
 Many of the shop assistants are bright and flaky. Mr. Ozaki, who was in charge, was very polite in explaining and being attentive. I visited several other real estate agents in Tokyo, but I felt that the atmosphere of the shop was the best.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて利用しましたが、担当の方の接客が最悪でした。終始高圧的な感じで、次の予約が気になっているのか内見中もずっと時計を見ていて、早く終わらせたい感じが伝わってきました…担当の方にもよるかと思いますが、今後利用することは無いと思います。
I used it for the first time, but the customer service of the person in charge was the worst. It seems to be a high pressure from beginning to end, and I was watching the clock all the time whether I was interested in the next reservation, and I got the feeling that I want to finish it early ...I think it depends on the person in charge, I don't think it will be used in the future.

毎回こちらから催促している。
いままで対応してもらった従業員に関しても、態度がいいとは言えない。
ここしか扱ってない物件だから仕方ないんだけど、いい加減うんざりしてる。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約直前で、担当者から今更断れないことを新たに聞かされたり、詐欺まがいのことをされ信用を失いました。内見時に他のお客さんの愚痴を言ったり、営業成績の自慢をしたりとおかしいなとは思っていましたが‥。
現在は店長さんみたいなので、誠実なご対応を願っています。

いい部屋なら引っ越すくらいのスタンスだったのでテンション低くなるの分からなくもないですが、いい部屋だったら前向きに検討したし、提示はしなかったけど年収的に家賃まだ上乗せは出来たんですけどね。
消化試合感で面倒くさそうなのがなんとなく見て取れたので内見予約をしていた1物件だけ拝見し、さっさと退散して差し上げることにしました。
