★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ４月にはザゼンソウ，やや遅れて，ミズバショウ，キクザキイチゲ，リュウキンカが咲きます．湿原から眺める鹿島槍ヶ岳は雄大です．一周に１時間程度を見込んでおくと慌てずに済みます．駐車場は５台と狭いです．譲り合って利用しましょう．なお，自販機やトイレはありません．

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居谷里湿原（いやりしつげん）一周1時間ほどの探勝路を歩けば、春のザゼンソウ、リュウキンカ、ミズバショウ、ミツガシワ、6月のカキツバタ、ショウブ、アヤメ、夏から秋のモウセンゴケ、ミミカキグサなどお花見も楽しめます。
